⇛  Importance of Teacher's Day Celebration(શિક્ષક દિનની ઉજવણીનું મહત્વ) :
Teachers' Day is celebrated in a special way in our schools and colleges. With the intention that children understand and respect the importance of teachers, this day is celebrated in such a way that children themselves work as teachers. On this day, enthusiastic children take on the role of teacher. From the morning prayer meeting to the entire school day, the children take charge of the school. Realizes how difficult it is to work in the classroom. When a student himself does not listen to his teacher's instructions or does not maintain peace in the classroom, he gets a first-hand experience of the mood of a teacher. After working as a teacher all day, these children tell their classmates about the difficulties and joys they faced in the classroom. Along with being proud of being a teacher, he also advises other children to respect teachers. Apart from this, many cultural programs and Guruvand programs are also conducted in schools. ⇛  Importance of Teacher(શિક્ષકનું મહત્વ) :
"Teacher poets are not ordinary, pralay aur nirman uski god mein palate hai."
” શિક્ષક કભી સાધારણ નહીં હોતા , પ્રલય ઓર નિર્માણ ઉસકી ગોદ મેં પલતે હૈ .”

This sentence of Chanakya explains the great importance of a teacher. A teacher is a person who decorates a garden with flowers of different colors. Which encourages the students to walk the thorny path with a smile. Explains their reason for living. For a teacher, all students are equal and he wants the welfare of all. A teacher develops the inner power to develop the powers within the child to make the student recognize right-wrong and good-bad. A teacher plays a very important role in guiding our life in the right direction. Knowing our knowledge, skills and abilities becomes a partner and guide in our success. By increasing our confidence, becoming our self-confidence makes us reach the heights of success. From one kneading to another, it irrigates many rituals in life. A teacher is always concerned for the overall development of children, not just literacy. A teacher has a very important contribution in making a doctor, a lawyer, a professor, an officer or a successful businessman. The foundation of the creation of the future citizens of the country lies in the hands of a teacher. There is only one teacher who is always happy with the progress of his students. Each successful student has a special award for them. Taking pride in the success of others is something only a teacher can do.

We know that the contribution of mother Jijabai was as much as that of his guru grandfather Kaundadev in shaping the life of Maharaja Chhatrapati Shivaji. He trained Shivaji for war. On this day, we cannot forget the advocate of female education, Mother Savitri Bai Phule, who ignited the flame of female education even after suffering the slander and violence of women to explain the importance of female education. She used to go door to door to educate women and explain the importance of education. In this work, he had to suffer the atrocities of the people and women of the society, but he never gave up. We know the history of many such teachers.

⇛  Conclusion (ઉપસંહાર):
We should not forget the debt of teachers who have made important contribution to our life. As an ideal student we should also respect our teacher. Peace should always be maintained in the classroom. The instructions of the teachers should be followed and the rites given by them should be put into practice. If we cannot applaud the work of a teacher, it is our responsibility as a citizen to never disturb his work. Salutations to all teachers on the occasion of Teacher's Day.
