The current government of Gujarat Assembly which was elected in 2017, has expired on 18 February 2023. The Election Commission of India has announced that... Assembly elections will be held in December-2022 to elect 182 members of the Gujarat Assembly. The schedule will be as follows.
Gujarat Assembly Election-2022 Schedule:
The Election Commission of India announced the election schedule on November 3, 2022. According to which voting will be held in two phases on December 1 and 5. And counting of votes will be done on December 8. Voting will be held for 89 assembly seats in the first phase and 93 seats in the second phase.

ગુજરાત વિધાનસભાની હાલમાં કાર્યરત સરકાર જે ૨૦૧૭માં ચૂંટાઈ હતી, તેની મુદત ૧૮ ફેબ્રુઆરી ૨૦૨૩ના રોજ સમાપ્ત થઈ ગઈ છે. ભારતીય ચુંટણીપંચે જાહેર કર્યું છે કે... ગુજરાત વિધાનસભાના ૧૮૨ સભ્યોને ચૂંટવા માટે ડિસેમ્બર-૨૦૨૨માં વિધાનસભાની ચૂંટણી યોજવામાં આવનાર છે. જેવું શીડ્યુલ આ મુજબનું રહેશે.
ગુજરાત વિધાનસભા ચુંટણી-૨૦૨૨ શીડ્યુલ :
ભારતીય ચૂંટણી પંચે ૩ નવેમ્બર ૨૦૨૨ના રોજ ચૂંટણીનું સમયપત્રક જાહેર કર્યું હતું. જે અનુસાર ૧ અને ૫ ડિસેમ્બર એમ બે તબક્કામાં મતદાન થશે. અને ૮ ડિસેમ્બરના રોજ મત ગણતરી કરવામાં આવશે. પ્રથમ તબક્કામાં વિધાનસભાની ૮૯ અને બીજા તબક્કામાં ૯૩ બેઠકો માટે મતદાન થશે.
