Teacher Transfer: New Rules for Transfer of Primary Teachers and District Wise Seniority List
શિક્ષક બદલી: પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષકોની બદલી માટેના નવા નિયમો તથા જીલ્લા વાઈઝ સિનીયોરીટી યાદી.
⇛ Circular date of new rules for transfer of primary teachers dated: 01/04/2022.
પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષકોની બદલી માટેના નવા નિયમોનો પરિપત્ર તારીખ: 01/04/2022 ના મુખ્ય અંશો.
- The number of students for teacher establishment will be counted on June 30, (previously it was August 31).
- TET-2 examination and 3 years school seniority length are mandatory for option in Std. 6th to 8th, seniority will be determined by considering option order for change after accepting option by considering option, in which 3 year school seniority length is mandatory.
- (Previously TET-2 examination was not compulsory, seniority was considered from the previous school which had accepted the option for transfer.)
- The provision of hometown has been removed in the district interior and district fair reciprocity. The one who rejects the option in advance will be able to apply.
- Teachers in a district with a 10-year bond will be able to transfer 5 (five), in which case the teacher who has been transferred to the district with a bond, the transferred teacher will not be able to change the remaining 5 (five) years, and will have to give a written bond. Will be able to in 2022. (Previously could not be changed for 10 years).
- If the school merges, the school from which it came will be taken into consideration the date of admission of that school.
- In case of division of district, the vacancy will not be filled till the waiting list is completed. (Previously there was no specific provision)
- In CRC / BRC transfer, seniority from the date of admission of the original school to those who have completed deputation, whereas in case of resignation / cancellation of deputation, seniority from the date of admission of new school
- In the month in which the transfer camp is held in the district transfer, all the vacancies will be filled by the district transfer on the first day of the month.
- In case of deputation in case of couple, the demand of the teacher who has completed five years will be given deputation in the changed district, in which the teacher has to be brought back to the original district two years before retirement.
- Each district will have to make a waiting list of district transfer transfers and inform the director of the district whose waiting list will be completed and then there will be district fair applications through online medium, in which teachers will have to select 3 (three) districts online in due course.
- Applications will not be accepted in the district in which there is a waiting list

⇛ પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષકોની બદલી માટેના નવા નિયમોનો પરિપત્ર તારીખ: 01/04/2022 ના મુખ્ય અંશો.
- શિક્ષક મહેકમ માટેની વિદ્યાર્થી સંખ્યા 30 જૂન ગણાશે, ( પહેલા 31 ઓગસ્ટ હતી.
- ધોરણ 6 થી 8 માં વિકલ્પ માટે TET-2 પરીક્ષા અને 3 વર્ષની શાળા સિનીયોરીટી લંબાઈ અનિવાર્ય, વિકલ્પને બદલી ગણીને વિકલ્પ સ્વીકાર્યા બાદની બદલી માટે વિકલ્પના હુકમને ધ્યાને લઈને સીનીયોરીટી નક્કી કરાશે, જેમાં 3 વર્ષની શાળા સિનીયોરીટી લંબાઈ અનિવાર્ય.
- ( અગાઉ TET-2 પરીક્ષા ફરજીયાત ન હતી,બદલી માટે અગાઉની જે શાળામાંથી વિકલ્પ સ્વિકાર્યો હોય તે શાળામાંથી સિનીયોરીટી ગણાતી હતી.)
- જિલ્લા આંતરિક અને જિલ્લાફેર અરસપરસમાં વતનની જોગવાઈ દૂર કરાઈ.અગાઉ વિકલ્પ અસ્વિકાર કરનાર અરજી કરી શકશે.(અગાઉ બદલી બંને શિક્ષકો ના સેવાપોથીમાં નોંધાયેલ જિલ્લામાં જ બદલી થઈ શકતી હતી, ફરીથી વિકલ્પ અરજી કરી શકાતી ન હતી)
- 10 વર્ષના બોન્ડવાળા જિલ્લાના શિક્ષકો 5(પાંચ) બદલી કરાવી શકશે, જેમાં જે શિક્ષક બદલી કરાવીને બોન્ડવાળા જિલ્લામાં જાય, ત્યાં બદલીથી આવેલ શિક્ષકે બાકીના 5(પાંચ) વર્ષ બદલી કરી શકશે નહીં, અને તે બાબતનું લેખિત બોન્ડ આપવું પડશે, ચાલુ વર્ષે ઓનલાઈન અરજી ડિસેમ્બર 2022 માં કરી શકશે. (અગાઉ 10 વર્ષ સુધી બદલી થઈ શકતી ન હતી).
- શાળા મર્જ થાય તો જે શાળામાંંથી આવ્યા હોય તે શાળા તે શાળાની દાખલ તારીખને ધ્યાને લેેવાશે.
- જિલ્લા વિભાજનના કિસ્સામાં જ્યાં સુધી પ્રતિક્ષાયાદી પૂર્ણ ન થાય ત્યાં સુધી જિલ્લાફેરથી જગ્યા ભરાશે નહિં. (અગાઉ કોઈ ચોક્ક્સ જોગવાઈ ન હતી)
- સીઆરસી/બીઆરસી બદલીમાં પ્રતિનિયુક્તિ પૂર્ણ કરનારને મૂળ શાળાની દાખલ તારીખથી સિનીયોરીટી, જ્યારે રાજીનામું/પ્રતિનિયુક્તિ રદ કિસ્સામાં નવી શાળાની દાખલ તારીખથી સિનીયોરીટી
- જિલ્લાફેર બદલીમાં જે મહિનામાં બદલી કેમ્પ યોજાય, તે મહિનાની પહેલી તારીખે ખાલી પડેલ તમામ જગ્યાઓ જિલ્લાફેરથી ભરીશે.(અગાઉ 40% જગ્યા જ જિલ્લાફેરથી ભરાતી હતી.
- દંપતિ કિસ્સામાં પ્રતિનિયુક્તિ કિસ્સામાં પાંચ વર્ષ પૂર્ણ કરેલ શિક્ષકની માંગણી બદલીવાળા જિલ્લામાં પ્રતિનિયુક્તિ આપવામાં આવશે,જેમાં શિક્ષકને નિવૃત્તિના બે વર્ષ અગાઉ મૂળ જિલ્લામાં પરત લાવવાના રહેશે.
- જીલ્લાફેર બદલીની અરજીઓની પ્રતિક્ષા યાદી દરેક જિલ્લાએ બનાવવાની રહેશે અને જે જિલ્લાની પ્રતિક્ષાયાદી પૂર્ણ થશે તેની જાણ નિયામકશ્રીને કરવાની રહેશે અને ત્યારબાદ ઓનલાઇન માધ્યમથી જિલ્લા ફેર અરજીઓ રહેશે, જેમાં શિક્ષકોએ નિયત સમયમાં ઓનલાઈન 3(ત્રણ) જિલ્લા પસંદ કરવાના રહેશે.
- જે જિલ્લામાં પ્રતિક્ષા યાદી છે તેવા જિલ્લામાં અરજી સ્વીકારવામાં આવશે નહીં
