હોળી-ધૂળેટી નિબંધ: હોળીનું મહત્વ | સમગ્ર ભારતમાં હર્ષોઉલ્લાસ સાથે ઉજવાતો તહેવાર એટલે હોળી


હોળી એટલે... કે રંગોનો તહેવાર(Festival of Colors)

"હું ભરી આવું રંગની મુઠ્ઠી,
દોસ્ત...તું લઇ આવજે કોરું મન.
પછી કેસુડાના ફૂલની સાંખે,
વગડો બનશે વૃંદાવન."


હોળી-2023 જુઓ ક્યારે ઉજવાશે ? હોલિકા દહનનું શુભ મૂહર્ત ક્યારે ? ધુળેટીની ઉજવણી કઈ તારીખે?

હોળી તથા ધૂળેટી (Holi and Dhuleti): 
હોળી કે જેને રંગોના તહેવાર તરીકે પણ ઓળખવામાં આવે છે. વર્ષ 2023 માં સાતમી માર્ચે છે. હિન્દુ ધર્મમાં  હોળી નું મહત્વ ઘણું છે. હોળી મુખ્ય તહેવારો પૈકીનો એક મુખ્ય તહેવાર છે. હોળીએ ભારે લોકચાહના ધરાવતો હિંદુ તહેવાર છે. તેને 'દોલયાત્રા' કે 'વસંતોત્સવ' તરીકે પણ ઓળખવામાં આવે છે. આ તહેવારનો પહેલો દિવસ એટલે હોળી અને તેનો બીજો દિવસ એટલે ધુળેટી. રંગોના આ તહેવાર હોળીનો બીજો દિવસ ધુળેટી તરીકે પણ ઓળખવામાં આવે છે. આ તહેવાર ભાઈચારા અને સમાનતાનું પ્રતિક પણ છે. આ દિવસે એકબીજા પર ફરિયાદોને બાજુ પર રાખી, બધા જ એકબીજાને રંગો લગાવે છે અને હોળીની શુભેચ્છા પાઠવે છે. હોળી ફાગણ મહિનાની પુનમના દિવસે મનાવવામાં આવે છે. હોળી મુખ્ય તહેવારો પૈકીનો એક મુખ્ય તહેવાર છે.  હોળી પછી બીજા દિવસે ધૂળેટીનો તહેવાર ઉજવવામાં આવે છે . આમ હોળી ધૂળેટી નો તહેવાર  સંયુક્ત રીતે જોડાયેલા તહેવારો છે . હોળી અને ધૂળેટીનો તહેવાર ભારતનાં બધાં જ રાજ્યોમાં ઉજવવામાં આવે છે પરતું રાજસ્થાન ઉત્તર પ્રદેશ તેમજ ઉત્તર પશ્ચિમ નાં રાજ્યોમાં હોળીના તહેવારનું ઘણું જ મહત્વ છે રાજસ્થાનમાં યુવાનો હોળીના ફાગ ખૂબ સુંદર રીતે ગાય છે ,અને નાચે છે .

હોળીના દિવસે લોકો ગામના પાદર, ચોક કે વથાણમાં વૃક્ષોની ડાળીઓ,ગાયના છાંણા તથા હોળાયાં(ગાયના છાંણમાંથી બનાવવામાં આવતું એક ચક્ર જેવું  છાંણુ જેમાં વચ્ચે હોલ હોય છે.) નો મોટો ઢગલો કરવામાં આવે છે. હવે હોળીકા દહનમાં લાકડાં અને નકામા ઘાસનો ઉપયોગ કરી હોળીકા પ્રગટાવવામાં આવે છે. ત્યાર બાદ બધાં લોકો ત્યાં વાજતે ગાજતે (ઢોલ,શરણાઇ જેવાં વાજીંત્રો વગાડતાં) એકઠા થાય છે, સાંજે યોગ્ય મુહુર્તના તેની વિધિવત પૂજા કરવામાં આવે છે.  હોળી પ્રગટાવવામાં આવે છે. હોલિકાની આસપાસ ત્રણ કે સાત પરિક્રમા કરવામાં આવે છે. તેના દર્શન અને પ્રદક્ષિણા કરી હોળીમાં શ્રધ્ધાળુંઓ  શ્રીફળ ,ધાણી ,કપૂર ખજૂર વગેરે હોમે છે. તેમજ તેને પ્રગટાવીને તેમાં હોમવામાં આવતાં કપૂર વગેરેનું એક સમયે ખૂબ મહત્વ હતું. હોળીકા દહનમાં વપરાતાં હોળાયાં અને હોમવામાં આવતી કપૂર જેવી વસ્તુઓ વાતાવરણને શુદ્ધ કરતી હતી. નવાં પરણેલાં યુગલો અને નવાં જન્મનાર બાળકોને હોળી ની પ્રદક્ષિણા કરવાનો પણ ઘણી જગ્યાએ રીવાજ છે . હોળીના પ્રસંગે હારડા ,પતાસાં ,ખજૂર ,ધાણી વગેરે વહેચવામાં આવે છે અને ખાવામાં આવે છે. આ પ્રસંગે હોળીના ફાગ(હોળી ગીતો) ગાવામાં આવે છે.


હોળીના તહેવાર નિમિતે લોકો આખો દિવસ ઉપવાસ કરતા હોય છે. હોળીના દિવસોમાં ખાસ ખાવામાં આવતી વાનીઓનું આરોગ્યની દ્રષ્ટિએ મહત્ત્વ છે. અને સાંજે હોલિકા દહન થાય ત્યારે પ્રદક્ષિણા કરી અને ભોજન લેતા હોય છે. હોલિકા દહન બાદ ખજૂર, ધાણી,ચણા અને હાયડા ખાવાની પ્રથાઓ આજે પણ ચાલી રહી છે. ધાર્મિક હોળી મહત્વમાં ખાસ કરીને હોલિકા દાહનમાં લોકો ધાણી અને નાલિયેર સાથે આંબાનો મોર પણ નાખતા હોય છે અને તેની પૂજા પણ કરતા હોય છે. પરંતુ આ મહત્વ ધાર્મિક સાથે લોકો ઋતુ પરંપરા અનુસાર આરોગ્યને અસરકારક હોવાથી ખજૂર, ધાણી, ચણા જેવી વસ્તુઓ રોગવામાં આવતી હોય છે.

શા માટે હોળીના તહેવારમાં મહત્વ હોય છે તે જાણીએ. હોળીના દિવસોમાં ખાસ ખાવામાં આવતી વાનીઓનું આરોગ્યની દ્રષ્ટિએ મહત્ત્વ છે. હોળીના પર્વ નિમિત્તે ખાસ કરીને ખજૂર, ધાણી અને ચણા લોકો આરોગતા હોય છે. ત્યારે હોળી પર્વ એ શિયાળાનો અંત અને ઉનાળાની શરૂઆતમાં આવનાર તહેવાર છે. જેથી વહેલી સવારે ઠંડીનો અહેસાસ થાય છે તો બપોરના સમયે આકારો તાપ અને સાંજે ફરી ઠંડકની અનુભૂતિ થાય છે. જેથી હોળી આવવાના અને હોળી પછીના કેટલાક દિવસો દરમ્યાન વાતાવરણના કારણે સામાન્ય રીતે દરેક વ્યક્તિમાં કફ જોવા મળે છે. આ કફને પીગળે છે ત્યારે તેને શોષવા માટે ધાણી ચણા અને ખજૂર ખાવી જોઈએ જેથી તે શોષાઈ જાય છે.


શ્રીફળ વગેરે પવિત્ર મનાતી વસ્તુઓથી તેમનું પૂજન કરે છે. 
હોળીનાં દિવસે જેને ત્યાં ગત વર્ષમાં દિકરાનો જન્મ થયો હોય તે લોકો બાળકને શણગારીને હોળીની પ્રદક્ષિણા કરાવે છે,તથા ગામલોકોને પતાસા તથા ખજુર વગેરેની 'લાણ' વહેંચે છે, આ પ્રસંગને દિકરાની વાડ કહેવામાં આવે છે. 
         જો કે ભારતમાં વિવિધ પ્રાંતો અને સમુદાયોમાં હોળીની ઉજવણીની અલગ અલગ રીતો હોય છે, પરંતુ દરેકની ભાવના એક જ હોય છે કે હોળી પ્રગટાવી અને આસુરી તત્વોનો નાશ કરવો અને દૈવી શક્તિઓનું સન્માન કરવું. હિંદુ ધર્મમાં આને લગતી "હોળીકા અને પ્રહલાદ"ની કથા બહુ જાણીતી છે. હોલિકા દહનનો તહેવાર અનિષ્ટ પર સારાની જીતનું પ્રતિક છે.
આંધ્ર પ્રદેશમાં હોળીકા દહનનો તહેવાર "કામ દહન" તરીકે ઓળખાય છે.

હોળીકા દહનનું પૌરાણિક મહત્વ શું છે? 
હોળીકા દહન પાછળ એક પૌરાણિક કથા પણ છે .જે મુજબ હિરણ્યકશિપુ નામે એક રાજા હતો. તે ખુબજ અહંકારી હતો .તેને તેના વૈભવ અને સત્તાનો ખુબજ ઘમંડ હતો . તે કહેતો કે હું જ ભગવાન છુ . મારા સિવાય બીજા કોઈ ભગવાનની તમારે ભક્તિ કે પૂજા કરવાની નથી . પરંતુ હિરણ્યકશિપુ નો પુત્ર  પ્રહલાદ ભગવાનનો પરમ ભક્ત હતો .તે હમેશાં ભગવાનની ભક્તિ અને પૂજા કરતો હતો . ભક્ત પ્રહલાદ હજી બાળક હતો . તે તેના પિતાજીને હમેશાં સમજાવતો હતો .પરંતુ તેના પિતા હિરણ્યકશિપુ  અને પ્રહલાદ વચ્ચે આ બાબતને લઈ કાયમ સંઘર્ષ થતો .

છેવટે હિરણ્યકશિપુએ બાળક પ્રહલાદને મારી નાખવા કાવતરું કર્યું હિરણ્યકશિપુને એક બહેન હતી તેની બહેનનું નામ હોલીકા હતું . હોળીકાને એવું વરદાન હતુકે તેને અગ્નિ બાળી શકશે નહી . એટલે ભક્ત પ્રહલાદને ખોળામાં બેસાડીને ફોઈ હોળીકા હોળી પ્રગટાવીને એમાં બેસી ગઈ . પરંતુ હમેશાં સત્યનો વિજય થાય છે . અને અધર્મનો નાશ થાય છે .તે મુજબ હોળીકા બળીને ખાખ થઈ ગયી . અને ભક્ત પ્રહલાદને ઉની આંચ પણ આવી નહી , એટલે જ  હોળી નું મહત્વ પૌરાણિક દ્રષ્ટિએ પણ ઘણું છે. ભારતમાં હોળી Holi નો તહેવાર હર્ષોલ્લાસ થી ઉજવવામાં આવે છે .

હોળીનો તહેવાર આપણને સત્ય ઉપર વિજય ,અને અધર્મ ઉપર ધર્મના વિજયનો સંદેશ .આપે છે . આ દિવસ એકતા અને ભાઇચારાનો સંદેશ પણ આપે છે . અને એટલેજ લોકો બીજા દિવસે ધૂળેટી Dhuleti  સત્યના વિજયની ખુશાલી ખુબજ હર્ષોલ્લાસ થી ઉજવે છે . ગુલાલ વગેરે રંગોથી એક બીજાને રંગે છે એક બીજાને બાથ ભીડીને મળે છે . અને મીઠાઈઓ વહેચી મો મીઠું કરે છે . એટલેજ મને હોળી ધૂળેટી નો તહેવાર ખૂબ ગમે છે .તે મારો પ્રિય તહેવાર છે .

       હોળીના બીજા દિવસને ધુળેટી તરીકે મનાવાય છે. ધુળેટીનો તહેવાર 'રંગોનો તહેવાર' એટલેજ કહેવાય છે કે આ દિવસે સવારથી સૌ કોઇ નાના મોટા એકબિજા પર અબિલ, ગુલાલ તેમજ કેસુડાનાં રંગો છાંટી પોતાનો ઉત્સાહ અને આનંદ વ્યક્ત કરે છે. જો કે હવેનાં સમયમાં ક્યાંક ક્યાંક રસાયણિક રંગોનો ઉપયોગ પણ કરાય છે, જેનો ઉપયોગ બને તેટલો ટાળવો હિતાવહ છે.


હોળીનાં દિવસે હોળી પ્રગટાવ્યા પછી મોડી રાત્રી સુધી હોળીની આસપાસ બેસી અને ગીતો કે દુહાઓ ગાવામાં આવે છે તેને "હોળીનાં ફાગ" તરીકે ઓળખવામાં આવે છે (આ પરંપરા હજુ અમુક ગ્રામ્ય વિસ્તારોમાં ચાલુ છે). કેટલીક જગ્યાએ તો યુવાનો કેટલીક હરીફાઈયો યોજે છે.આ હોળીનાં ફાગ એક પ્રકારે વસંતોત્સવનું પ્રતિક છે,જેમાં થોડી શૃંગારિક ભાષાનો ઉપયોગ થાય છે. આમાં પ્રકૃતિનું રસિક વર્ણન તેમજ સ્થાનિક પ્રેમગાથાઓ પણ વણી લેવાયેલાં હોય છે.




હિંદુ ગ્રંથોમાં રાધા-કૃષ્ણ કે ગોપીયો વચ્ચે રમવામાં આવતી હોળી કાન-ગોપી રાસ તરીકે ઓળખાય છે.  રાધા-કૃષ્ણ-ગોપીઓનાં રાસ વર્ણનનાં સુંદર ગીતો મળી આવે છે. જે મહદાંશે વ્રજ ભાષામાં હોય છે.
ગુજરાતી,હિન્દી અને અન્ય ભારતીય ચલચિત્રોમાં હોળીના ગીતો ભરપુર પ્રમાણમાં મળી આવે છે.અમુક પ્રસિદ્ધ ગીતો જોઇએ તો:

"રંગ બરસે ભિગે ચુનરવા..."
"હોલી કે દિન દિલ ખીલ જાતે હૈ..."

ભારતનાં મહાન ભક્ત કવિઓએ પણ હોળીનું વર્ણન કરતા ભજનો લખ્યા છે જેમાં.... 
"રંગ દે ચુનરિયા.."-મીરાં બાઈ
"કિનુ સંગ ખેલું હોલી.." - મીરાં બાઈ

આ હોળીના પર્વની ઉજવણી પાછળનો સંદેશ આપતા આપણા પરમ પૂજય શ્રી પાડુંરંગ શાષાીજી કહેતા કે પાપ... જલાવો હોલીકા માં...ભરો પુણ્‍યની ઝોળી...



હોળીનું પૌરાણિક મહત્વ :
દ્વાપર યુગમાં રાધા-કૃષ્ણ લઠ્ઠમાર હોળી રમતા હતા, આ પરંપરાનું આજ સુધી પાલન કરવામાં આવે છે.  તે મુજબ દર વર્ષે હોળીના થોડા દિવસો પહેલા મથુરા અને બ્રજમાં લઠ્ઠમાર હોળી રમવામાં આવે છે. લઠ્ઠમાર હોળી વિશ્વ પ્રસિદ્ધ હોળી છે. આ વખતે 28 ફેબ્રુઆરી 2023ના રોજ લઠ્ઠમાર હોળી રમાશે. આમાં ગોપીઓ (સ્ત્રીઓ) નંદગાંવથી આવતા ગોવાળો (પુરુષો)ને લાકડીઓ વડે માર મારે છે અને પુરુષો ઢાલની મદદથી ભાગવાનો પ્રયાસ કરે છે.


આ વર્ષે હોળીની તારીખને લઈને લોકોમાં મૂંઝવણ છે. આવો જાણીએ હોલિકા દહનની તારીખ અને ઘૂળેટીનો તહેવાર...


હોળી વિષે પંદર વાક્યો – Holi Nibandh in Gujarati 15 Lines :
1. હોળી 2023 નો તહેવાર ફાગણ સુદ પૂનમના દિવસે 7 માર્ચ 2023 મંગળવારે ઉજવવામાં આવશે
2. હોળી ધૂળેટી હિન્દુ ધર્મનો મોટો તહેવાર છે .
3. હોળીના તહેવારના દિવસે સાંજના સમયે ગામલોકો ભેગા મળીને હોળાયાં તેમજ લાકડાં વડે હોળી પ્રગટાવે છે.
4. લોકો હોળીHoli ની ફરતે પ્રદક્ષિણા કરી ખજૂર ,ધાણી ,ખારેક ,ઈલાયચી ,કપૂર અને શ્રીફળ હોમી હોળીને બે હાથ જોડીને પગે લાગે છે .
5. હોળીના દિવસે લોકો એકબીજાને મળીને મીઠાઈ વહેચી હોળીના ફાગ ગાઈને નાચીને ઉત્સાહ પૂર્વક હોળીનો તહેવાર ઉજવે છે .
6. હોળી Holi 2023 ની પૌરાણીક  કથા મુજબ હિરણ્યકશિપુની બહેનને અગ્નિ બાળે નહી તેવું વરદાન હતું તેથી પ્રહલાદને ખોળામાં બેસાડી હોળીકા હોળીમાં બેસે છે.
7. સત્યનો વિજય થાય એ ન્યાયે હોળીકા બળી જાય છે .જ્યારે ભક્ત પ્રહલાદ ને ઉની આંચ પણ આવતી નથી . પૌરાણિક દ્રષ્ટિએ હોળી નું મહત્વ ઘણું છે .
8. હોળીનો તહેવાર આપણને અસત્ય ઉપર સત્યના વિજયનો સંદેશ આપે છે .
9. હોળી Holiના બીજો દિવસ ધૂળેટી Dhuleti નો તહેવાર ખૂબ ધામ ધૂમ થી ઉજવવામાં આવે છે .
10. ધૂળેટીના દિવસે લોકો રંગો ઉડાડી મીઠાઇ વહેચી એક બીજાને મળે છે .

કઇ દિશામાં હોળીની ઝાળ શું ફળ?
હોળીની ઝાળ જો પૂર્વ દિશામાં જાય તો ખંડિત વૃષ્ટિ થાય છે. આવી રીતે ઇશાન ખૂણામાં ઝાળ જાય તો ઉનાળો મોડો શરૂ થાય પણ ગરમીનું પ્રમાણ વધુ રહે છે. ઉત્તર દિશામાં ઝાળ જાય તો સારો વરસાદ થાય છે. વાયવ્ય દિશામાં તોફાની વરસાદનો સંભવ રહે છે સાથે ધનધાન્ય સારા પાકે છે. પશ્ચિમમાં ઝાળ જાય તો ઉત્તમ ફળદાયી ગણવામાં આવે છે. નૈઋત્ય દિશાની ઝાળ ઠંડીનું પ્રમાણ વધારે અને સામાન્ય વરસાદનો સંકેત આપે છે. દક્ષિણ દિશાની જાળ ઓછો વરસાદ અને તીડના આક્રમણનો ભય બતાવે છે. જ્યારે અગ્નિ દિશામાં ઝાળ હોય તો દુષ્કાળનો ભય રહે છે. પણ જો ઝાળ ચારેય દિશામાં ફરતી રહે તો નુકસાની સાથે પ્રજાને કષ્ટ સહન કરવું પડે છે.

હોળી દિનનો કરો વિચાર
   શુભ અશુભ ફળ સાર,
   પશ્વિમનો વાયુ વાય
એજ સમય સારો કહેવાય.
મિત્રો, હોળી માટે ખૂબજ પ્રખ્યાત ભડલી વાકય આપને ઉપર જણાવ્યું છે. વાકયમાં જણાવ્યું છે કે હોળી નો પવન જો પશ્ચિમ તરફ વાય તો વર્ષ સારું થાય. આપને જણાવી દઇએ કે પ્રાચીન પરંપરા મુજબ હોળીના પવન પરથી આવનાર ચોમાસું કેવું રહશે તેમનું અનુમાન લગાવવામાં આવતું હોય છે.
હોળીની ઝાળ કઈ દિશામાં જાય તેમનાં પરથી અનુમાન
ઉતાસણીમાં શુભ મુહૂર્તમાં પ્રગટાવેલ હોળીની જાળ કઈ દિશામાં જાય છે તેમના પરથી ચોમાસુ કેવું રહેશે તેનું અનુમાન લગાવવામાં આવતું હોય છે.


હોળીનો પવન દિશા અને વર્ષ કેવું થાય તેમની યાદી
(1). જો પશ્વિમ દિશાનો પવન હોય અને હોળીની ઝાળ પૂર્વ દિશામાં જાય તો બાર આની વર્ષ થાય.
(2). જો પૂર્વ દિશાનો પવન હોય અને હોળીની ઝાળ પશ્વિમ દિશામાં જાય તો આઠ આની ચોમાસું થાય.
(3). જો ઉત્તર દિશાનો પવન હોય અને હોળીની ઝાળ દક્ષિણ દિશામાં જાય તો પાણીની અછત સર્જાય
(4). જો દક્ષિણ દિશાનો પવન હોય અને હોળીની ઝાળ ઉત્તર દિશામાં જાય તો ધાન્ય ઘણું પાકે છે.
(5). જો ઈશાન ખૂણાનો પવન હોય અને હોળીની ઝાળ નૈઋત્ય ખૂણાનો જાય તો રોગ જીવાત બધું આવે.
(6). જો નૈઋત્ય ખૂણાનો પવન હોય અને હોળીની ઝાળ ઈશાન ખૂણાનો જાય તો સોળ આની વર્ષ થાય.
(7). જો અગ્નિ ખૂણાનો પવન હોય અને હોળીની ઝાળ વાયવ્ય ખૂણાનો જાય તો પવન સાથે વરસાદ તૂટી પડે છે.
(8). જો વાયવ્ય ખૂણાનો પવન હોય અને હોળીની ઝાળ અગ્નિ ખૂણાનો જાય તો તડકો - વરસાદ ઘાલમેલ થાય એટલે કે બંને પડ્યા કરે.
(9). જો હોળીની જાળ ઉપર ને ઉપર ચડે તો યુદ્ધ લડાઈ થાય.
(10). અને જો હોળીની જાળ ચોતરફ ફેલાઈ તો વાવાઝોડું કે ધરતીકંપ થાય.

A major Hindu festival celebrated in India is Dussehra, which comes after the end of Navratri. According to Gujarati Panchang, Sud Dasam day of Aso month is VijayaDashami (Dashera). This festival is celebrated in honor of Lord Ramachandraji's victory over King Ravana of Lanka, hence its other name Vijaya Dashami.

The festival of Dussehra (Vijayadashami) is celebrated in different ways in different parts of India. Vijayadashami marks the end of Durga Puja in the southern, eastern and northeastern states of India. which is the festival of Goddess Durga's victory over the demon Mahishasura. In northern and western states this festival is called Dussehra. In these regions, it marks the end of "Ramlila" and commemorates Lord Rama's victory over Ravana.



According to the Puranas, when the gods and people rebelled against Mahishasura's oppression and terror, Maa Durga fought with him for nine days and killed him on the tenth day. That day is celebrated as Dussehra. So on this day Lord Rama also killed Ravana and freed Sita from his possession. Different parts of India have different celebrations on the festival day of Dussehra. The southern, eastern and northeastern states of India celebrate Vijaya Dashami, the festival of Goddess Durga's victory over the demon Mahishasura. In northern and western states this festival is called Dussehra. "Ramlila" commemorates Lord Rama's victory over Ravana.
