Learning Driving License :
Anyone who wants to drive in India through 1988 Motor Vehicle ACT is mandatory to make a valid driving license. Before you can get a driving license, you must first get a learner's license, if you have to apply for a learner's license before withdrawing a driving license. Application can be applied online for Learning License in Gujarat. It is very easy to apply online and is suitable for all age groups.
How to apply for a learning driving license?
(1). First you have to go to the website www.parivahan.gov.in.
(2). Drivers/ learners will have to go to License in License Related Service.
(3). Then you have to select the state Gujarat which you want to apply for the state.
(4). Then click on Apply for Learner License.
(5). Then you will see all the steps that for Learning License do not read it and click on Continue.
(6). Now you have to do your RTO Select then ITI select the test in which you have to test for Learning License.
(7). Now you have to enter your mobile number for E-KYC and click on Generate OTP. After that, the OTP that comes in the mobile will have to be entered there.
(8). After entering the OTP, you will have a Learner License form in which you will have to fill all your details.
Such as ... your full name, address, date of birth, blood group, mobile and which vehicle you apply for.
After filling up all these details you can see the type of vehicle as shown in the picture below.
First Class of Vehicle Select which is to be licensed for a vehicle is to be licensed: 2 wheeler (MCWOG), 2 wheeler (MCWG), four wheeler (LMV).
After filling up all these details, click on the submit.
(9). After clicking on the form submit you will see the step below.

What to do after Learning License form is filled?
After processing the step by step as shown above, you will have to download the form. You will see your more details of Application Form, Form No1 (Self Declaration Form), ll Slot Booking, Fee Receipt and you will have to download everything and take it to RTO.
And there will verify all your required documents then you will be sent for a Computer Test.
If you pass the Computer Test, you will be given a learning license only. But if you fail in that test, you have to give the test for the second time you can give the test. The second time the test is Rs 50 for Rs. Is

1988 Motor Vehicle Act દ્વારા ભારતમાં વાહન ચલાવવાની ઇચ્છા ધરાવતા કોઈપણ વ્યક્તિએ માન્ય ડ્રાઇવિંગ લાઇસન્સ બનાવવું ફરજિયાત છે. તમે ડ્રાઇવિંગ લાઇસન્સ મેળવી શકો તે પહેલાં, તમારે પહેલા શીખનારનું લાઇસન્સ (Learning licence) મેળવવુંં ફરજિયાત છે, તો પાકું ડ્રાઈવિંગ લાઇસન્સ કઢાવ્યા પહેલા તમારે શીખનારના લાઇસન્સ માટે અરજી કરવી પડે. Gujarat માંં Learning licence માટે ઓનલાઇન અરજી કરી શકાય છે. તે ઓનલાઇન અરજી કરવી ખૂબ જ સરળ છે અને તે બધા વય જૂથો માટે યોગ્ય છે.

લર્નિંગ ડ્રાઇવિંગ લાઇસન્સ માટે અરજી કેવી રીતે કરવી?
(1). સૌ્પ્રથમ તમારે www.parivahan.gov.in વેબસાઈટ પર જવાનું રહેશે.
(2). Licence Related Service માં Drivers/ Learners Licence માં જવાનું રહેશે.

(3). પછી તમારે રાજ્ય Gujarat select કરવાનું રહેશે જે રાજ્ય માટે અરજી કરવી છે તે.

(5). પછી તમને બધા સ્ટેપ જોવા મળશે કે learning licence માટે ના તો તમારે તે વાંચી ને Continue પર ક્લિક કરવું.

(6). હવે તમારે તમારું RTO select કરવું ત્યારબાદ તમારે જે કેમ્પ માં Learning licence માટે ટેસ્ટ આપવી છે તે ITI Select કરવાનું રહેશે.

(7). હવે E-KYC માટે તમારો મોબાઈલ નંબર દાખલ કરવાનો રહેશે અને તેમાં Generate OTP પર ક્લિક કરવાનું રહેશે. ત્યાર બાદ, મોબાઇલ માં જે OTP આવે તે ત્યાં દાખલ કરવાનો રહેશે.

(8). OTP દાખલ કર્યા બાદ તમારી સામે Learner Licence માટે નું ફોર્મ આવશે જેમાં તમારે તમારી બધી વિગતો ભરવાની રહેશે.
જેવી કે... તમારું પૂરું નામ ,સરનામું ,જન્મતારીખ , blood group , મોબાઇલ અને કયા વાહન માટે અરજી કરો છો.
આ બધીજ વિગતો ભર્યા બાદ તમારે વાહનનો પ્રકાર select કરવા માટે નીચે મુજબ ચિત્રમાં બતાવ્યા મુજબ જોઈ શકો છો.

પહેલા class of Vehicle select કરવાનો રહેશે જે વાહન માટે લાઇસન્સ કરવાનુ હોઈ એ દા.ત.: ગેર વગર નું 2 વ્હીલર (MCWOG) , ગેર વાળું 2 વ્હીલર (MCWG) , ફોર વ્હીલર (LMV).
આ બધી વિગતો ભર્યા બાદ submit પર ક્લિક કરવાનું રહેશે.
(9). ફોર્મ Submit પર ક્લિક કર્યાબાદ તમારે નીચે મુજબ સ્ટેપ જોવા મળશે.

Learning licence નું ફોર્મ ભરાય જાય ત્યાર બાદ શું કરવું?
ઉપર દર્શાવેલ મુજબ સ્ટેપ બાય સ્ટેપ પ્રોસેસ કર્યાબાદ તમારી પાસે ફોર્મ download કરવા માટે આવશે તમારે Application Form ,Form no1 (self Declaration form) , LL Slot Booking, Fee Receipt ની તમારી વધી વિગતો જોવા મળશે અને તે બધું download કરી ને RTO લઈ જવાનું રહેશે.
અને ત્યાં તમારા તમામ જરૂરી documents ને verify કરશે પછી તમને computer ટેસ્ટ માટે મોકલવામાં આવશે.
જો તમે computer ની ટેસ્ટ માં પાસ થઈ જાવ તો તમને ત્યારેજ Learning licence આપી દેવામાં આવશે. પણ જો તમે તે ટેસ્ટ માં નાપાસ થાવ તો તમારે બીજી વખત ટેસ્ટ આપવાની રહેશે બીજા દિવસે તમે ટેસ્ટ આપી શકો છો. બીજી વખત ટેસ્ટ આપવા માટે ની ફી 50 રૂ. છે.

licence આવી જાય પછી શું કરવું?
તમારી પાસે learning licence આવી જાય તેના એક મહિના પછી તમે ડ્રાઈવિંગ ટેસ્ટ આપી શકો છો. (Driving Skill test). learning licence ની મર્યાદા 6 મહિનાની હોઈ છે તમે 6 મહિના ની અંદર અને 1(એક) મહિના પછી ગમે ત્યારે ડ્રાઈવિંગ ટેસ્ટ આપી શકો છો. અને જો learning licence ની મુદત પૂરી થઈ જાય તો તમારે ફરીથી બધી procces કરવી પડશે અને ફી પણ ફરીથી ભરવી પડશે.
learning licence આવ્યા ના એક મહિના બાદ તમારે ડ્રાઈવિંગ ટેસ્ટ આપવા માટે appointment લેવાની રહેશે. અને જે તારીખ તમને appointment માં આવેલી હોઈ તેજ દિવસે તમારે ડ્રાઈવિંગ ટેસ્ટ માટે RTO માં જવાનું રહેશે તમામ જરૂરી ડોક્યુમેન્ટ્સ સાથે લઈ જવા અને તમારું learning licence પણ લઈ જવાનું રહેશે. ત્યાં તમે RTO એ બધા ડોક્યુમેન્ટ્સ સબમિટ કરવાના રહેશે અને પછી verify થયા બાદ તમે ટેસ્ટ માટે ડ્રાઈવિંગ ટ્રેક પર મોકલશે. અને પછી તમારે નિયમોનુસાર ડ્રાઈવિંગ ટેસ્ટ પાસ કરવાની રહેશે.
જો તમે ડ્રાઈવિંગ ટેસ્ટ માં પાસ થાવ છો તો 1 મહિના ની અંદર પાકું ડ્રાઈવિંગ લાયસન્સ તમારા એડ્રેસ પર પહોંચી જશે.
જો તમે ડ્રાઈવિંગ ટેસ્ટ માં નાપાસ થાવ છો તો તમારે ફરીથી ટેસ્ટ આપવી પડશે appointment લઇને.
ફરીથી ટેસ્ટ આપવામાં માટે તમારે રૂ.300 ઓનલાઇન ભરવાના રહેશે.
ડ્રાઈવિંગ ટેસ્ટ આપતી વખતે ધ્યાનમાં રાખવા જેવી કેટલીક બાબતો :
(1). HSRP વાળી નંબર પ્લેટ હોવી ફરજિયાત છે. તેના વગર ટેસ્ટ આપવાની મંજુરી નહીં મળે.
(2). હેલ્મેટ પહેરવું ફરજિયાત છે. હેલ્મેટ તમારે સાથે લઈ જવાનું રહેશે.
(3). તમે જે ગાડીમાં ટેસ્ટ આપવાના છો તેમાં બંને બાજુ અરીસા હોવા ફરજિયાત છે.
(4). ગાડી માં indicator ચાલુ હોવા જરૂરી છે.
