Nishta is a capacity building program for "Improving the Quality of School Education through Integrated Teacher Training". It also aims to build skills between all teachers and school principals at an early stage. Activists (at state, district, block, cluster level) will be integratedly trained on education outcomes, school based assessment, learner-centered pedagogy, new education initiatives, addressing various needs of children through multiple pedagogies, etc. This will be done by forming National Resource Groups (NRGs) and State Resource Groups (SRGs) at the national and state levels which will then train 42 lakh teachers. A strong portal / management information system (MIS) for training, monitoring and delivery of support mechanisms will also be used in this capacity building initiative.

NISHTHA is the world's largest teachers' training programme of its kind.The basic objective of this massive training programme is to motivate and equip teachers to encourage and foster critical thinking in students. The initiative is first of its kind wherein standardized training modules are developed at national level for all States and UTs.

The functionaries (at the state, district, block, cluster level) shall be trained in an integrated manner on learning outcomes, school based assessment, learner – centred pedagogy, new initiatives in education, addressing diverse needs of children through multiple pedagogies, etc. This is being organized by constituting National Resource Groups (NRGs) and State Resource Groups (SRGs) at the National and the State level who will be training 42 lakhs teachers subsequently. 


A robust portal/Management Information System (MIS) for delivery of the training, monitoring and support mechanism has been infused with this capacity building initiative. Keeping in view the COVID-19 pandemic situation, it is now planned to organise SRG and Teachers training in online mode. The first online training for the SRGs of state of Andhra Pradesh will be launched on 16 July, 2020.
National Resource Groups (NRGs) will train Key Resource Persons (KRPs) & State Resource Persons- Leadership (SRPL) of the States/Union Territories. One NRG includes 15 national level resource persons.
One State Resource Group (SRG) includes 05 KRPs & 01 SRPL from SCERTs, DIETs, CTEs, IASEs. SRGs will train the school teachers and school principals (functionaries at district, block and cluster level).

Computer education for teachers should not be that big of a deal because all teachers who have just began probably already know how to integrate technology into the classrooms, so you should only have to teach those who have been teaching for awhile.

Objectives in the School of Wisdom :

(1).  Classroom: This classroom is a place that gives children a free environment where they can come and enjoy learning. This is where the materials are within their reach and they also have the freedom to use the goods there as per their need.

(2).  Subject Classroom: - Subject oriented classroom has been created instead of general classroom. Which is designed in such a way that the child can immediately get the material corresponding to the subject to learn the subject. And separate rooms for language-EVS and math-rainbow activities are organized in schools.

(3).  Seating arrangement Teachers and children will have to sit on a mat on the ground instead of chairs and benches. Each school will be provided for this purpose. Wisdom means a combination of intelligence, understanding and wisdom

(4).  Group Formation: Std-1 and Std-9 students of any two classrooms together. તેની It will have to be distributed within the group. The composition of each group will be as follows. (1) Teacher Supported Group (2) Partial Teacher Supported Group (3) Peer Support Group (4) Partial Peer Support Group (4) Self-Learning Group (4) Group that can evaluate the way of teaching.
     
(5).  Intelligence Classroom Physical Environment: Rack & Trailer, Group Chart, Student Slate, Teacher Slate, Student Progress - Graphs, Displays, Learning Chart / Chart Activity, Workbook, Flash Card, Game Board, Beginner Reader, Illustrated Dictionary, Rainbow Activity, Student Profile, Student Portfolio, EVS Project Sheets, Maths Practice Book, Gujarati Reading Series, EVS - Meditation, Handbook for Teachers, Training Module, TLM Box, Training CD, Advocacy CD, Shop CD and Jingle, Pragya Song.

How do you integrate technology into your classrooms though? That is the question all teachers are asking and here is the answer. Research is the number one thing students use the internet for. Many school libraries and even some public libraries do not provide students with the information they need on certain topics but the internet will almost always have the information they need. The only problem with this is the quality of the information but teachers are able to check on that by looking at the foot notes of the article to see where the information came from.

he world of today is run by computers and it is time that teachers understand this. The idea of going to a library and reading a book is not ideal to the students of today. Students would rather go online and read into a subject on a webpage rather than go and have to read an entire book or have to skim for the part they are looking for. So, if your a teacher what are you to do? Computer education for teachers is what every school needs to do.

Teachers, and for that matter all school districts, need to begin to integrate technology into all classrooms and this article will tell you how.

Many schools are now having students take tests on a sheet called a Scantron or other forms of it. A Scantron is a sheet where you have 50 questions on each side, a total of 100 questions, and are given multiple choice questions A-E. The teacher will hand you a Scantron which is where you answer the questions and a test sheet, the Scantron is only a sheet where you bubble in either A-E. The teacher then puts the answers in a computer and a special machine reads the Scantron and automatically grades the test off of the answers the teacher put into the computer.

Besides research and test taking there are many other ways to integrate computers into your teaching. There are now projection screens that allow you to write on them turning them basically into a white board. You are able to watch movies on the white board, stop the movie, and draw over the movie. This is very helpful for History teachers as it allows them to teach the battles and etc.

The way some old flowers fall with the first rays of dawn and new flowers bloom and make nature fragrant.  Some dry leaves fall from the tree to the ground and new shoots sprout and adorn nature.

Similarly a new day comes with a new energy and a new idea.  When a new day comes, it brings with it new joy and new hope so that we can make our life fragrant and joyful with new ideas.

With the passage of time, it becomes necessary to give up that which is old, that which is fresh and that which is unnecessary.  The way white marble needs daily cleaning and washing to maintain its luster.  In the same way, the human mind also needs to be cleansed daily with soap in the form of good thoughts and satsanga so that life can be given brightness and whiteness by cleaning the filth of bad thoughts well.  To cleanse the filth of ideas.

If the water in the jug is not cleaned daily then we will find that the water is slowly rotting and becoming poison.  In the same way, if some superior thoughts, some good thoughts are not filled in the intellect by refining it daily, then our same tainted thoughts become poison for life and become an obstacle in its spiritual advancement.  Always be in the shelter of satsanga so that purity of heart and purity of thoughts remain.
