School safety

શાળા સલામતી :

શાળાઓમાં અકસ્માતો કે અન્ય અણધારી ઘટનાઓને બનતી અટકાવવા માટે, શાળા-સલામતી કાર્યક્રમ અને શિક્ષકોને પ્રથમ સ્તરના સલાહકારો તરીકે કાર્ય કરવા માટે નોટિસ બોર્ડમાં સલામતીની પ્રતિજ્ઞા દર્શાવવાનો નિર્ણય લેવામાં આવ્યો છે.

જેનો હેતુ ગુજરાતની તમામ સરકારી પ્રાથમિક અને માધ્યમિક શાળાઓમાં શાળા સલામતી અંગે વિદ્યાર્થીઓ અને વાલીઓમાં જાગૃતિ લાવવાનો છે.

શાળા સલામતી કાર્યક્રમના ઘટકો :

દરેક શાળામાં "શાળા સલામતી પ્રતિજ્ઞા" દર્શાવતા યોગ્‍ય સાઇઝ અને ઉંચાઇનું બોર્ડ/દિવાલ પર પેઇન્ટિંગ પ્રદર્શિત કરવામાં આવે છે જ્યાંથી તમામ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ, શાળાના શિક્ષકો અને વાલીઓ તે સરળતાથી વાંચી શકે છે.
કાર્યક્રમના ભાગરૂપે શાળાઓમાં સૂચનપેટી મૂકવામાં આવી છે જ્યાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓ તેમની ફરિયાદ અથવા અભિપ્રાય રજૂ કરી શકે છે.
વિદ્યાર્થીઓ, શિક્ષકો, SMC સભ્યો અને વાલીઓ માટે વિદ્યાર્થીઓની જરૂરિયાત મુજબ સલામતીની દ્રષ્ટિએ વિવિધ માર્ગદર્શન અને પરામર્શ સેમિનાર/સભાઓનું સમગ્ર શિક્ષાની માર્ગદર્શિકા અનુસાર આયોજન કરવામાં આવી રહ્યું છે.
સેમિનાર / મીટિંગ / કાઉન્સેલિંગ સેશનમાં નીચેના મુદ્દાઓ પર ચર્ચા કરવામાં આવે છે:

1. વિદ્યાર્થીને શાળામાં નિયમિત લાવવા અંગે જાગૃતિ.

2. શાળાએ આવવા-જવાના માર્ગ પર સલામતી.

3. બાળકની માનસિકતા જાણવાનો પ્રયત્ન કરવો.

4. જાતીય સતામણી વિશે જાગૃતિ.

5. મૂલ્યો વિશે શિક્ષણ.

6. કન્યા કેળવણી.

7. પિકનિક/મુસાફરી દરમિયાન ધ્યાનમાં રાખવાની બાબતો.

8. સલામતી માર્ગદર્શિકા.

9. નિવારણ પદ્ધતિ.

શાળા સલામતી કાર્યક્રમના લાભ / અસરકારકતા :

શાળાના વિદ્યાર્થીઓ, શિક્ષકો, આચાર્યો, SMC સભ્યો, વાલીઓ અને ગ્રામજનો બધાએ તેમના ગામ/શહેરને સુરક્ષિત અને સલામત સ્થળ બનાવવાનું મહત્વ અનુભવ્યું.
શિક્ષકો ખાસ કરીને પ્રાથમિક કક્ષાના વિદ્યાર્થીઓની જરૂરિયાતો અને મુશ્કેલીઓ પ્રત્યે સંવેદનશીલ બન્યા.
શાળાનું વાતાવરણ પહેલા કરતા સ્વસ્થ, સ્વચ્છ બન્‍યું અને પર્યાવરણને એવી રીતે ઉન્નત બનાવવામાં આવ્યું કે જેથી બાળકો માનસિક અને શારીરિક રીતે પરેશાન ન થાય.
હવે તે સ્પષ્ટ છે કે શાળાના સ્ટાફને કુદરતી અને આપાતકાલીન કટોકટીના સમયમાં પરિસ્થિતિઓનો સામનો કેવી રીતે કરવો તે અંગેનો ખ્‍યાલ વિકસી ચૂક્યો છે.
શાળાઓમાં મૂકવામાં આવેલા સૂચનપેટીની જાળવણી શરૂ થઈ અને તેમાં નોંધાયેલી બાબતોનો નિયમિત ધોરણે ઉકેલ આવવા લાગ્યો.
શાળાના વિદ્યાર્થીઓ, SMC સભ્યો, વાલીઓ તેમજ ગ્રામજનો નેશનલ ઇમરજન્સી રિસ્પોન્સ, ચાઇલ્ડ હેલ્પ લાઇન, રેફરલ હોસ્પિટલ, ફાયર સ્ટેશન, તાલુકા કક્ષાના અધિકારીઓ, ડિઝાસ્ટર મેનેજમેન્ટ સેન્ટર હેલ્પલાઇન, એજ્યુકેશન ટોલ ફ્રી નંબર, પ્રિન્સિપાલ અને શિક્ષક સહિતના મહત્વના સંપર્ક નંબરોથી પરિચિત થયા.

યોજનાનો વિસ્‍તારઃ

શાળા સલામતી કાર્યક્રમ ગુજરાતની કુલ 33,504 સરકારી પ્રાથમિક અને 1564 સરકારી માધ્યમિક શાળાઓમાં અમલમાં મુકવામાં આવ્યો છે.

રાજ્યમાં શાળા સલામતી કાર્યક્રમનો શુભારંભ. સપ્તાહ દરમ્યાન શાળાના બાળકોને આપત્તિ વ્યવસ્થાપનના પાઠ ભણાવાશે.

ભૂકંપ, વાવાઝોડું, પૂર, ઔદ્યોગિક અકસ્માત, આગ જેવી બહુવિધ આપત્તિઓ સમયે વિદ્યાર્થીઓ, શિક્ષકો અને વાલીઓમાં આપત્તિ વ્યવસ્થાપન અંગે જાગૃતિ કેળવાય તે હેતુથી રાજ્ય સરકાર દ્વારા શાળા સલામતી કાર્યક્રમ અમલમાં મુકાયો છે.
આપત્તિ સમયે સાવચેતી અને સલામતી વિશે વિશેષ માર્ગદર્શન મળી રહે તે માટે રાજ્યની સરકારી પ્રાથમિક શાળાઓમાં ‘શાળા સલામતી સપ્તાહ-2024’ ની ઉજવણી થઈ રહી છે.
પ્રથમ દિવસે તમામ બાળકોને બાયસેગ ઉપર આપત્તિ વ્યવસ્થાપન કાર્યક્રમ બતાવવામાં આવશે; જેમાં આપત્તિ, જોખમ, અસૂરક્ષિતતા અને ક્ષમતાની સમાજ અને શાળા આપત્તિ વ્યવસ્થાપન યોજનાની સમાજ આપવામાં આવશે.
બીજા દિવસે શાળાના તાલીમ પામેલા શિક્ષકો દ્વારા સંભવિત હેઝાર્ડની ચાર્ટ/પોસ્ટર, આઈઇસી, ઓડિયો, વિડિયોના માધ્યમની સમજ આપવામાં આવશે.
રોજ ત્રીજા દિવસે તાલીમ પામેલ શિક્ષકો, ફાયર બ્રિગેડ અને આપદામિત્ર દ્વારા આગ, અકસ્માત, ભૂકંપ અને પૂર જેવી આપત્તિ સમયેની સમજ અપાશે.
ચોથા દિવસે ચિત્ર, નિબંધ, વકતૃત્વ સ્પર્ધા શાળા કક્ષાએ યોજાશે.
પાંચમા દિવસે 108 એમ્બ્યુલન્સ, એનડીઆરએફ, એસડીઆરએફ અને ફાયર બ્રિગેડ દ્વારા શોધ અને બચાવ તેમજ પ્રાથમિક સારવાર અંગેની માહિતી આપવામાં આવશે.
છઠ્ઠા દિવસે એનડીઆરએફ, એસડીઆરએફ અને ફાયર બ્રિગેડ દ્વારા ડેમોસ્ટ્રેશન, મોકડ્રિલ અને ઈનામ વિતરણ કરાશે.

નમસ્તે! શાળા સલામતી પરના આ સ્વ-અધ્યયન ઈ-અભ્યાસક્રમ માં આપનું સ્વાગત છે.

આ એક વ્યાપક અભ્યાસક્રમ છે જેનો ઉદ્દેશ્ય અગત્યના મુદ્દાઓ પર માહિતી પ્રદાન કરવાનો છે જે શાળાઓમાં અને તે ઉપરાંત સલામત શિક્ષણ વાતાવરણ બનાવવામાં મદદ કરશે.

એકવાર તમે કોર્સમાંથી પસાર થવાનું શરૂ કરી લો, પછી તમને ખ્યાલ આવશે કે આ એક રસપ્રદ અને અત્યંત ઉપયોગી તાલીમ છે જેનો હેતુ આપત્તિની સ્થિતિ સ્થાપકતામાં વધારો લાવવા અને શાળા સમુદાયને સ્થાનિક સંકટોથી પોતાને બચાવવા માટે સક્ષમ બનાવવાનો છે.

ગુજરાત શૈક્ષણિક સંશોધન અને તાલીમ પરિષદ, ગાંધીનગર તથા ગુજરાત રાજ્ય આપત્તિ વ્યવસ્થાપન સત્તામંડળ, ગાંધીનગર દ્વારા નિર્માણ થયેલ બુક

1. પ્રથમ મોડ્યુલ એક પ્રસ્તાવના તરીકે કામ કરે છે જે શાળા સલામતી અને સુરક્ષા ના મૂળભૂત સિદ્ધાંતોનો વિગતવાર પરિચય આપે છે. આ મોડ્યુલમાં કાનૂની અને સંસ્થાકીય આદેશોનો પણ સમાવેશ થશે જે શાળા સલામતી અને સુરક્ષાના કાર્ય ને સમર્થન આપે છે.

2. બીજુ મોડ્યુલ શાળાઓમાં આપત્તિ જોખમ ઘટાડવા અને વ્યવસ્થાપનની મૂળભૂત બાબતોને આવરી લેશે.

3. ત્રીજુ મોડ્યુલ સલામત શિક્ષણ સુવિધા પર હશે જે શાળાના પરિસરમાં માળખાકીય / બિન-માળખાકીય સલામતી અને પાણી, સ્વચ્છતા અને સ્વચ્છતા સુવિધાઓના પાસાઓ વિશે વાત કરશે.

4. ચોથું મોડ્યુલ બાળકો સાથે ગેરવર્તુણુક સુરક્ષા (શારીરિક અને માનસિક બંને) સામે સુરક્ષા અને સંબંધિત કાનુની જોગવાઈઓથી વાકેફ કરશે.

5. અને છેલ્લા મોડ્યુલમાં અમે વિદ્યાર્થીઓને એક શાળા આપત્તિ જોખમ વ્યવસ્થાપન પ્લાન વિષે પરિચય કરાવીશું

School Safety Grant Circular Regarding Where to Use The Received Grant

To be able to keep schools safe, it is vitally important that communities take all necessary measures to limit the spread broadly of SARS-CoV-2 throughout the community.

It is critical to use science and data to guide decisions about the pandemic and school COVID-19 plans.

School transmission mirrors but does not drive community transmission.

Community-wide approaches to mitigation are needed for schools to open and remain open.

Adequate and timely COVID-19 testing resources must be accessible.

School policies should be adjusted to align with new information about the pandemic; administrators should refine approaches when specific policies are not working.10 

Schools must continue to take a multi-pronged, layered approach to protect students, teachers, and staff. By using different approaches, these layers of protection will make in-person learning safe and possible.

It is critically important to develop strategies that can be revised and adapted depending on the level of viral transmission and test positivity rate throughout the community and in the schools, recognizing the differences between school districts, including urban, suburban, and rural districts.

School districts must be in close communication and coordinate with state and/or local public health authorities, school nurses, local pediatric practitioners, and other medical experts.

School COVID-19 policies should be practical, feasible, and appropriate for child and adolescent's developmental stage and address teacher and staff safety.
