Art education is not only limited to the curriculum but is very important in the overall development of an individual. A child learns to draw before he learns to write. Art education is important in the foundation of education. In art education at school level it is necessary to acquire knowledge of color and line, important elements of painting. In this book we have tried to provide information about different types of painting styles, sculpture architecture, famous cave temples and famous artists of our state. Drawing subject held in class 10 and Inter Intermediate drawing examination is very useful in higher studies in art field. Drawing subject is very important to get admission in fine arts architect and fashion design interior designer interior decoration etc courses. The drawing subject is also useful for drawing important diagrams that come up in medical and engineering courses. Drawing subject is also very useful for NATA(National Aptitude test in Archetecture) exam. Art subject is also valued in foreign countries and thus art subject in education is very useful for the overall development and career of the student.
The State Examination Board decided to allot drawing examination centers in schools having a strength of more than 100 students.
Forms for Primary and Secondary Drawing Examination by Gujarat State Examination Board Date: 9th December is now good to fill online. The next 30 December 2022 will have to be filled online on the board's website www.sebxam.org. The examination date for Primary Drawing Examination and Secondary Drawing Examination will be declared by the State Examination Board later. Eligibility of Candidates for Primary Drawing Examination Class: Students studying in 5th to 8th, Secondary Drawing Examination Students studying in Class: 9th to 12th can appear for this exam.
The fee for primary drawing examination will be Rs 50/- and the fee for secondary drawing examination will be Rs 60/-. There will be three papers in the preliminary drawing examination which will have subjects like nature, portrait and composition. 4 (Four) Papers on Man Made Objects, Painting, Composition and Lettering will be taken in the syllabus of Secondary Drawing Examination. An examination center will be allotted to the school in which total enrollment of 100 or more students in Primary Drawing Examination. It has been mentioned in the circular by the education department that the entire form has to be filled in English.
The motto of 3H is important in art education Hand, Head and Heart According to the definition given by our father Mahatma Gandhi, an artist is a laborer who works only with the use of hands and feet. A craftsman who uses his brain in addition to his hands and feet is called an engineer and the one who uses his hands and feet in addition to his brain is called an artist. Students who study this book are expected to get a true education of 3H.
Drawing exam is conducted in schools every year by Gujarat State Examination Board. But if there are fewer students, the centers are allotted away. So there was a representation from the schools, following which this time the State Examination Education Board has also decided to allot a center where there are more than 100 students.
ઓનલાઇન અરજી કરવાની રીત :
આ જાહેરાતના સંદર્ભમાં રાજ્ય પરીક્ષા બોર્ડ દ્વારા ઓનલાઇન જ અરજી સ્વીકારવામાં આવશે.ઉમેદવાર તારીખ: 09/12/2022 (બપોરના 15.00) થી તારીખ: 30/12/2022 રાત્રે 23.59 કલાક સુધી) દરમિયાન www.sebexam.org પર અરજીપત્રક ભરી શકાશે. ઉમેદવારે અરજી કરવા માટે નીચે મુજબના સ્ટેપ્સ અનુસરવાના રહેશે. અરજીપત્રક Confirm કર્યા પછી જ અરજી માન્ય ગણાશે. સમગ્ર ફોર્મ અંગ્રેજીમાં ભરવાનું રહેશે.

- Apply Now પર click કરવાથી Student Type દેખાશે, ત્યાર બાદ તેમાં REGULAR CANDIDATE અને EXTERNAL CANDIDATE એવા બે Option દેખાશે. જો વિદ્યાર્થી હોય તો REGULAR CANDIDATE Select કરવાનું રહેશે અને ખાનગી / બહારના ઉમેદવાર તરીકે પરીક્ષા આપવા માંગતા હોય તો EXTERNAL CANDIDATE ઓપ્સન Select કરવાનું રહેશે.

દેવ ભાષા સંસ્કૃતમાં કહેવાયું છે કે "વિદ્યાવિહીન નર તે પશુ" આ વિધાન કલા માટે પણ લાગુ પડે છે. "કલા વિહીન નર તે પશુ" ટૂંકમાં જેમ વિદ્યા વિનાની વ્યક્તિ પશુ સમાન છે તેમ કલા વિનાની વ્યક્તિ પણ પશુ સમાન જ છે. કલા માનવજીવન સાથે જોડાયેલ અભિવ્યક્તિ છે. પ્રત્યેક વ્યક્તિમાં કુદરતી રીતે જ સર્જનાત્મકતાનું તત્વ હોય છે જે વ્યક્તિ તેને સરળતાથી અને સફળતાપૂર્વક બહાર લાવી શકે છે. તે કલાકાર બની શકે છે. ચિત્રકલા આદિકાળથી ચાલી આવતી સસર્જનાત્મક પ્રવૃત્તિ છે. ગુફા યુગથી આધુનિક યુગ સુધી કલાના પ્રવાહો બદલાતા રહ્યા અને સતત કલાનો વિકાસ થતો રહ્યો છે. માનવ જાતિની વિકાસ યાત્રામાં કલાનો ફાળો મહત્વપૂર્ણ છે. ભાષા કે લિપિ નો ઉદ્ભવ થયો ન હતો ત્યારે વિચારોની આપ લે કરવા માટે ચિત્ર પ્રતિકોનો ઉપયોગ થતો. આ રીતે ચિત્રકલા નો ઉદય થયો. વિષ્ણુ ધર્મોતર પુરાણની સંસ્કૃતિ ઉકતી "कलानाम प्रवरम चित्रम" અનુસાર બધી કલાઓમાં ચિત્રકલા શ્રેષ્ઠ છે જે સર્જક અને દર્શક બંનેને આનંદ આપે છે.
કલા શિક્ષણ એ માત્ર અભ્યાસક્રમ માટે મર્યાદિત નથી પરંતુ વ્યક્તિના સર્વાંગી વિકાસમાં ખૂબ જ મહત્વપૂર્ણ બાબત છે. બાળક લખતા શીખે તે પહેલા ચિત્ર દોરતા શીખે છે. કેળવણીના પાયામાં કલાનું શિક્ષણ મહત્વપૂર્ણ છે. શાળા કક્ષાએ કલા શિક્ષણમાં ચિત્રકલાના મહત્વપૂર્ણ તત્ત્વો રંગ અને રેખાની માહિતી મેળવવી જરૂરી છે. વિવિધ પ્રકારની ચિત્ર શૈલી આપણા રાજ્યના શિલ્પ સ્થાપત્ય પ્રખ્યાત ગુફા મંદિરો અને નામાંકિત કલાકારો વિશેની માહિતી આપ પુસ્તકમાં આપવાનો પ્રયત્ન કર્યો છે. પ્રાયોગિક કાર્યમાં ચિત્ર સંયોજન માનવસર્જિત પદાર્થ ચિત્ર ભાતચિત્ર અને પ્રચાર ચિત્રોનો પરિચય આ પુસ્તકમાં મેળવીશું.
વિદ્યાર્થી માટે કારકિર્દીને આગળ વધારવા માટે પણ ચિત્રકલા વિષય ઉપયોગી છે ચિત્ર વિષયનું જ્ઞાન મેળવનાર વિદ્યાર્થી કમ્પ્યુટરના ઉપયોગથી જે સર્જના કૃતિ તૈયાર કરી શકે તે કક્ષાની કૃતિ માત્ર કોમ્પ્યુટરના જ જ્ઞાન ધરાવનાર વ્યક્તિ કરી શકે નહીં. કલા ક્ષેત્રે ઉચ્ચ અભ્યાસમાં ધોરણ 10 માં રાખવામાં આવેલ ચિત્ર વિષય અને ઇન્ટરમ મીડિયેટ ચિત્રની પરીક્ષા ખૂબ જ ઉપયોગી છે. ફાઈન આર્ટસ આર્કિટેક અને ફેશન ડિઝાઇન ઇન્ટિરિયર ડિઝાઇનર ઇન્ટિરિયર ડેકોરેશન વગેરે અભ્યાસક્રમોમાં પ્રવેશ મેળવવા ચિત્ર વિષય ખૂબ જ જરૂરી છે. મેડિકલ અને ઇજનેરી અભ્યાસક્રમોમાં આવતી મહત્વપૂર્ણ આકૃતિઓ દોરવા માટે પણ ચિત્ર વિષય ઉપયોગી છે. NATA(National Aptitude test in Archetecture) ની પરીક્ષા માટે પણ ચિત્ર વિષય ખૂબ ઉપયોગી છે. વિદેશમાં પણ ચિત્ર વિષયને સન્માનની દ્રષ્ટિએ મૂલવાય છે આમ શિક્ષણ ક્ષેત્રે ચિત્રકલા વિષય વિદ્યાર્થીના સર્વાંગી વિકાસ અને કારકિર્દી માટે ખૂબ જ ઉપયોગી છે.

ગુજરાત રાજ્ય પરીક્ષા બોર્ડ દ્વારા પ્રાથમિક અને માધ્યમિક ચિત્રકામ પરીક્ષા માટેના ફોર્મ તારીખ: 9 મી ડીસેમ્બરથી ઓનલાઈન ભરવાનું સારું થઇ ગયેલ છે. આગામી 30 ડિસેમ્બર 2022 દરમિયાન બોર્ડની વેબ સાઈટ www.sebxam.org પર ઓનલાઇન ભરવાના રહેશે. પ્રાથમિક ચિત્રકામ પરીક્ષા અને માધ્યમિક ચિત્રકામ પરીક્ષા માટે પરીક્ષાની તારીખ હવે પછી રાજ્ય પરીક્ષા બોર્ડ દ્વારા જાહેર કરવામાં આવશે. પ્રાથમિક ચિત્રકામ પરીક્ષા માટે ઉમેદવારોની લાયકાત ધોરણ: 5 થી 8 માં અભ્યાસ કરતા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ, માધ્યમિક ચિત્રકામ પરીક્ષા ધોરણ: 9 થી 12 માં અભ્યાસ કરતા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ આ પરીક્ષા આપી શકશે.
પ્રાથમિક ચિત્રકામ પરીક્ષાની ફી રૂપિયા 50/- તથા માધ્યમિક ચિત્રકામ પરીક્ષાની ફી રૂપિયા 60/- રહેશે. પ્રાથમિક ચિત્રકામ પરીક્ષામાં ત્રણ પેપર લેવામાં આવશે જેમાં નેચર, ભાતચિત્ર અને ચિત્ર સંયોજન જેવા વિષય હશે. માધ્યમિક ચિત્રકામ પરીક્ષાના અભ્યાસક્રમમાં માનવસર્જિત પદાર્થ, ભાતચિત્ર, ચિત્ર સંયોજન અને અક્ષર લેખન એમ 4(ચાર) પેપર લેવામાં આવશે. જે શાળામાં પ્રાથમિક ચિત્રકામ પરીક્ષાના કુલ-100 કે તેથી વધુ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ નોંધાય તે શાળાને પરીક્ષા કેન્દ્ર ફાળવવામાં આવશે. સમગ્ર ફોર્મ અંગ્રેજીમાં ભરવાનું રહેશે તેમ શિક્ષણ વિભાગ દ્વારા પરિપત્રમાં ઉલ્લેખ કર્યો છે.
કલા શિક્ષણમાં 3H નું સૂત્ર મહત્વપૂર્ણ છે Hand, Head અને Heart આપણા રાષ્ટ્રપિતા મહાત્મા ગાંધીએ કલાકારની આપેલી વ્યાખ્યા મુજબ માત્ર હાથ પગના ઉપયોગથી કાર્ય કરે તે મજૂર છે. હાથ પગ ઉપરાંત મગજનો ઉપયોગ કરે છે તે કારીગર ઇજનેર કહેવાય અને હાથ પગ મગજ ઉપરાંત હેયુ રેડીને કામ કરે તે કલાકાર કહેવાય. આ પુસ્તકનો અભ્યાસ કરનાર વિદ્યાર્થીઓ 3H નું સાચું શિક્ષણ મેળવે એવી અપેક્ષા.
ચિત્રકામની પરીક્ષા ગુજરાત રાજ્ય પરીક્ષા બોર્ડ દ્વારા દર વર્ષે શાળાઓમાં યોજાય છે. પરંતુ ઓછા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ હોય તો કેન્દ્રો દૂર ફાળવવામાં આવે છે. જેથી શાળાઓમાંથી રજૂઆત કરવામાં આવી હતી જેના પગલે આ વખતે રાજ્ય પરીક્ષા શિક્ષણ બોર્ડે 100થી વધુ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ હોય ત્યાં કેન્દ્ર ફાળવવાનો પણ નિર્ણય કર્યો છે.
