ગુજરાત વિધાનસભાની હાલમાં કાર્યરત સરકાર જે ૨૦૧૭માં ચૂંટાઈ હતી, તેની મુદત ૧૮ ફેબ્રુઆરી ૨૦૨૩ના રોજ સમાપ્ત થઈ ગઈ છે. ભારતીય ચુંટણીપંચે જાહેર કર્યું છે કે... ગુજરાત વિધાનસભાના ૧૮૨ સભ્યોને ચૂંટવા માટે ડિસેમ્બર-૨૦૨૨માં વિધાનસભાની ચૂંટણી યોજવામાં આવનાર છે.  જેવું શીડ્યુલ આ મુજબનું રહેશે.
