Prayer is nothing more than praising, glorifying, praising or glorifying the Lord. Just as we need water and food to sustain our bodies, so we need to build a devotional pattern to wash away the sins we have committed unknowingly in life.

💥  Benefits of Praying:

Primary Principal (Acharya) Charge Babat na 14 Jetla Jilla na Paripatr.

Primary Principal (Acharya) Charge Babat na 14 Jetla Jilla na Paripatr.
Primary Principal (Acharya) Charge Babat GR

Who can be the principal in primary school? Who is in charge of the principal? How much seniority can a teacher become a principal? Etc. Read and download the circulars of 12 districts given here for solution of questions.

The link for downloading the circulars is given below.

Acharya means the main guide. The Acharya who conducts the conduct.

➜  According to Jainism, the definition of Acharya in Navkar Mantra is:

Sadhu, Sadhvi, Shravak, Sravika Roop is leading Chaturvidha Sangh; Acharya Maharaj is the one who follows (1) Gyanachar (2) Darshanachar (3) Charitrachar (3) Tapachar and (4) Viryachar and inspires others to follow ethics.

➜  Who do we call true Acharyagiri?

If the principal has power, then there must also be strength. The combination of power and ability can easily achieve academic achievement. The school environment can be considered as an important feature of the responsibility and skill of creating a family. Only a democratic atmosphere in the school complex will motivate the teachers to work wholeheartedly. The participation of teachers, students and parents in any decision will increase the success rate of the work. It is the principality that gives not only such belief but also faith. It is principality to believe and maintain one's decision. Perseverance and patience will also be useful here. Encouraging with motivation will result rather than making the rule baseless. It is said that Acharya-Acharyagiri is doing the way by encouraging the teachers by taking note of what they are doing instead of what they are not doing.

➜  What is the responsibility of the principal?

If the responsibility of the principal was only with the administration, then the government would replace the principal with a CA Done that MBA. The appointed person could have been appointed as the administrator. But let's understand the purpose behind assigning the responsibility of a principal only after ten years of academic work experience. That is the characteristic of a principal. A principal who scolds school administrators can never be a principal. Chamchagiri is the mourning of Acharyagiri. The principal who discusses with the student in the classroom is not as good as sitting in the office and teasing the teachers. The principal knows what the school expects from the teachers, students and parents. Decisions made in school are not made to the liking of themselves, but to the liking of teachers, students and parents. It is not the principal who decides when to take leave in the school, what time to have, what activities to do, etc. It is the principal who decides and implements the teachers and students. The school is run by the principal, but not because of the principal. The development of any school depends on the staff, students and parents of that school. It is the principality of the school to do the work expected from the teachers and parents with love and devotion. Telling teachers not to 'do this' but 'we do this' really embellishes the principalship. Only a person who creates educational facilities in the classroom and school by creating educational facilities for teachers is eligible for the post of principal. Why are you late Why didn't you go to class on time? Why was the pay bill sent late? Why didn't the bell ring on time? Why isn't the key to the treasury here? Etc. There is no principal to look after and get things done. Anyone who has graduated can make such a note well. There is no need to create a principal by deleting a teacher. It is often observed that a person who becomes a principal due to his experience as a teacher becomes a teacher after he becomes a principal. Wherever this happens, many sisters like selfishness, victimization, laziness, servitude, jealousy seem to reign. In which human relations deteriorate, the principal is out of breath, the administrators are scared and finally the school dies. True Acharyagiri is not said but done. Not what he says, but what he does. The principal who advises the teacher or the student to read is the principal who gives a copy of the good article or book to the students and teachers after reading it.

➜  What are the qualities of Acharya Bhagwanto?

I salute Acharya Bhagavan for the conduct that Arihant Bhagwan obeys and the conduct that he abides by. He himself has attained the soul, the self-state is manifested, including restraint. But these are not the principals who are here now. This all starts when we insult a little. That is why there are no such principals. His vision is not again. Vision is useful after return. Those who have false vision are not called principals. If he becomes Acharya by assimilation, he is called Acharya.

School Safety Grant Circular Regarding Where to Use The Received Grant

School Safety Grant Circular Regarding Where to Use The Received Grant
School Safety Grant Circular

To be able to keep schools safe, it is vitally important that communities take all necessary measures to limit the spread broadly of SARS-CoV-2 throughout the community.

It is critical to use science and data to guide decisions about the pandemic and school COVID-19 plans.
School transmission mirrors but does not drive community transmission.

Community-wide approaches to mitigation are needed for schools to open and remain open.
Adequate and timely COVID-19 testing resources must be accessible.

School policies should be adjusted to align with new information about the pandemic; administrators should refine approaches when specific policies are not working.10
Schools must continue to take a multi-pronged, layered approach to protect students, teachers, and staff. By using different approaches, these layers of protection will make in-person learning safe and possible.

It is critically important to develop strategies that can be revised and adapted depending on the level of viral transmission and test positivity rate throughout the community and in the schools, recognizing the differences between school districts, including urban, suburban, and rural districts.
School districts must be in close communication and coordinate with state and/or local public health authorities, school nurses, local pediatric practitioners, and other medical experts.
School COVID-19 policies should be practical, feasible, and appropriate for child and adolescent's developmental stage and address teacher and staff safety.

Special considerations and accommodations to account for the diversity of youth should be made, especially for populations facing inequities, including those who are medically fragile or complex, have developmental challenges, or have disabilities. Children and adolescents who need customized considerations should not be automatically excluded from school unless required in order to adhere to local public health mandates or because their unique medical needs would put them at increased risk for contracting COVID-19 during current conditions in their community

School policies should be guided by supporting the overall health and well-being of all children, adolescents, their families, and their communities but should also look to create safe working environments for educators and school staff. This focus on overall health and well-being includes addressing the behavioral/mental health needs of students and staff.

These policies should be consistently communicated in languages other than English, if needed, based on the languages spoken in the community, to avoid marginalization of parents/guardians who are of limited English proficiency or do not speak English at all.

Federal, state, and local funding should be provided for all schools so they can provide all the safety measures required for students and staff. The CDC estimates costs for mitigation strategies are between $55 and $442 per student, depending on type of strategy implemented. “These estimates, although not exhaustive, highlight the level of resources needed to ensure that schools reopen and remain open in the safest possible manner and offer administrators at schools and school districts and other decision makers the cost information necessary to budget and prioritize school resources during the COVID-19 pandemic.”11 Funding to support virtual learning and provide needed resources must be available for communities, schools, and children facing limitations implementing these learning modalities in their home (eg, socioeconomic disadvantages) or in the event of school re-closure because of resurgence of SARS-CoV-2 in the community or a school outbreak.
