The whole world was concerned about the terrible global epidemic of Covid-19 (Corona). Then how to prevent the spread of infectious corona. That is why many countries in the world, including India, implemented a total lockdown to stop the Corona.

   The order was issued after a 14-hour voluntary public curfew on March 22, after which a series of rules were enforced in the Kovid-19 affected areas of the country. The lockdown was carried out when the number of confirmed positive coronavirus cases in India was around 500. Observers said


On May 1, the Government of India extended the nationwide lockdown for two weeks until May 17. The government divided all the districts into three zones based on the spread of viruses like green, red and orange. According to which concessions have been applied. On May 17, the lockdown was extended to May 31 by the National Disaster Management Authority. It was later announced that the lockdown restrictions would be lifted, while the current lockdown would only be extended to June 30 for the content zone. Services will be launched in phases from June 8. This is known as "Unlock 1.0". Later, Modi clarified that the phase of lockdown in the country has come to an end and it has started to be 'unlocked'. The second phase of Unlock 2.0 was announced from 1 to 31 July with more ease in Unlock 2.0 restrictions.Unlocked August Gust was announced for Un Gust. Similarly, 5.0 unlocks were announced for August Gust September and for the month of lock October. Similarly, Unlock.0.0 was announced for the month of November, Unlock.0.0 for the month of December, Unlock.0.0 for the month of January and Unlock.0.0 for the month of February.

⇒   What is a MANAV GARIMA YOJANA ?

       The Government of Gujarat, known for its beneficial schemes for the people of the state, is very concerned about everyone. With the help of the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, the state government has initiated initiatives to promote entrepreneurship among scheduled artists and thus improve employment. People from SC communities can start their own business and run it successfully by applying to this scheme. The government will provide financial assistance to these applicants. By working for them wherever they want to work, they can enhance their lives and the future of their families.

Manav Garima Yojana Many sub-divisions are functioning under the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment (SJED) of the Government of Gujarat. In which various schemes are run by the Director, Scheduled Caste Welfare Department and Director Development Caste Welfare Department. Many schemes like Kunwarbai's mother-in-law, foreign study loan to students, human dignity scheme etc. are run through E-Samaj portal.

Under Manav Garima Yojana, tools / tool kits for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Castes, Socially and Educationally Backward Classes, Economically Backward Classes, Nomadic and Liberated Castes and Minorities who want to start a small business without taking a bank loan. ⇒   What is the standard of human dignity scheme assistance? :

Under the Manav Garima Yojana 2021-22, assistance is provided in 28 different types of trade. Toolkit is provided free of cost up to the limit of 25,000 (twenty five thousand) for doing this business.


⇒   Income limit in Manav Garima Yojana:

●   The annual income limit for availing benefits under this scheme is 1,20,000 / - (one lakh twenty thousand) for rural area and 1,50,000 / - (one and a half lakh) for urban area.
●   There is no income limit for the most backward castes among the Scheduled Castes (SC).

Today, the whole world is rapidly changing from physical to digital. The pace of doing most of the daily work is changing rapidly. From the use of information technology to education, all banking activities are changing rapidly. What is e-Gram Yojana? What will be the benefit of this scheme to the citizens at the end of the villages?

  • At the village level, it is the only state in the country which has the facility to provide e-services through computer in 13685 gram panchayats.
  • Out of total 13685 Gram Panchayats, computer facility in 100% Gram Panchayats is an unprecedented achievement.
  • All Talati-cum-Mantras of the state trained with e-gram software
  • Connection of all 25 District Panchayats (100%) and 224 Taluka Panchayats (about 100%) to Gujarat State Wide Area Network
  • Connecting the villagers with the world through e-connectivity coming in at a total of 13685 gram panchayats.
  • Connection of 7400 Gram Panchayats with KY Bond through Bayseg Studio, Ganghinagar.
  • In the first phase, mainly birth-death certificate, income proof, caste proof, character certificate, residence certificate etc. and availability of forms / application forms of various government schemes through e-gram.
  • Arrangement of Satellite Based Direct Digital Reception System at all District Panchayats, Taluka Panchayats and Training Centers for dissemination of information as well as training of Panchayat members and staff.
  • Arrangement of Taluka Information Center with Touch Screen Kiosk in every Taluka Panchayat Office to provide necessary information and information of Panchayat Account to the people.
  • Online availability of information on panchayat accounts through e-Prima software.
  • Involvement of internal administrative functions of Panchayats in Intra Panchayat software and implementation on pilot basis.

On the other hand, in order to make the copy of birth and death certificates available to the citizens immediately from the e-gram centers, the state government has decided that the services under the Health Family Welfare Department should be provided from the e-gram centers in one day.

West Central Railway (WCR) invited applications from eligible persons for recruitment of 38 posts of Station Master. Interested and eligible persons can apply for the posts online by visiting the official website West Central Railway (WCR). Persons must note that the last date for application is 25 July 2021.

The 1853th Railway was started in India. By the year 1947 of India's independence there were forty-two (42) rail systems. Railway services were nationalized and covered under one umbrella in 1951, making it one of the largest networks in the world. IR operates long distance and suburban services with various gauges such as Broad, Meter and Nero. It owns engine and coach production units.
Indian Railways (IR for short) is a government-owned railway company of India that owns and operates most of the rail transport in the country. It is controlled by the Ministry of Railways, Government of India. With more than 1.8 million passengers and more than 2 million tons of cargo daily, it is the world's largest employer in the commercial or utility sector with over 1.4 million employees and has 6,909 stations covering all parts of the country. And 63,327 kilometers (39,350 mi) on all these routes. According to the rolling stock, the IR has 200,000 wagons, 50,000 coaches and 8,000 engines.


WCR announced job notification for the post of Station Master has been released officially. Any Graduate pass can apply for this job opening. Interested and eligible persons can apply for the posts online by visiting the official website West Central Railway (WCR). Persons must note that the last date for application is 25 July 2021. Only single ONLINE application has to be submitted by the candidate through the link provided on the official website of RRC www.wcr.indianrailways.gov.in (Path – About us-Recruitment-Railway Recruitment Cell-GDCE Notification No. 01/2021). The recruitment process shall involve single Stage Computer Based Test (CBT) and Aptitude Test and Document Verification/Medical Examination. Selection is made strictly as per merit, on the basis of above mentioned recruitment stages.

        ચાલુ વર્ષ ૨૦૨૧-૨૨માટે ધોરણ-૧માં પ્રવેશ મેળવેલ વિદ્યાર્થીઓની ઓનલાઈન એન્ટ્રીની કામગીરી માટે મોડયુલ શરૂ કરવામાં આવેલ છે. 


Gujarat State implemented Aadhaar Enabled DISE – Child Tracking System for collection of Student-wise information for Elementary Schooling of Class I – VIII since January 2012.
Aadhaar Enabled DISE is deployed with a concept adopted from UIDAI to build database of students along with child wise record with Student Name, Parents Name, Date of Birth, Address, incentives & benefits received from Government. The same database use by State to conduct child wise evaluation under Gunotsav program. Each year, existing records are being updated and new entrants in Class I are being entered under the system.

Dropout of children from schools, their absenteeism, performance of government schools and its teachers have a sledgehammer impact on primary education in various states, including Gujarat that is not known to have an impressive track record. But, things seem to be changing in Gujarat. Conceived in December 2012, the state government has from the June 2014 academic year put into practice a child education tracking system by assigning a digitised Unique Identification code number to all the whopping 87 lakh students between standard 1 and standard 8.
