Suomoto has filed the case out of resentment over the High Court's government action on the issue of Corona's ever-increasing cases. The kind of upsurge in covid control is a serious issue. The Gujarat government had submitted in the High Court that the treatment of corona has been included in the Vatsalya card and Ayushyaman Bharat card. On April 15, the government filed an affidavit in the High Court before Chief Justice Vikram Nath and Justice Bhargava Karia. It was only after the High Court's suggestion that the government started taking effective decisions immediately to stop Corona. He also said that the treatment of Kovid 19 could be included in the Ayushman Bharat and Ma Vastalya card scheme.
