Under RTE (Right to education) children from Std-1 to 8 poor families are given admission in private schools. As per the government order, private schools will have to reserve 25% seats under RTE. After the second wave of coronavirus, the second academic session has started in schools this year.

The RTE Act has been implemented by the state government under RTE (Right to education) so that poor and middle class students from Std-1 to VIII can get admission in non-granted school in Std-1 free of cost. The student who gets admission under this Act, can study from Std-1 to Std-9 in the school near his / her home for free. The student's fees are paid by the government.

Children coming in Std. 1 in the academic year 2022/2023 under the RTE (Right to education) scheme of Gujarat government, if the age of the child is between 5 to 7 years on 01/06/2022, after the RTE process has started, the parents of the children themselves By filling online form on the website, under RTE, the child can get admission in Gujarati as well as English medium in the school of his choice and get the cost of school fees, books, uniforms from Std. 1 to 8 by the government.

• ખાનગી શાળામાં પ્રવેશ માટેના RTE (Right to education) ફોર્મને લઇને મહત્વના સમાચાર 
• વર્ષ 2022-23 માટેના RTE (Right to education) ફોર્મ 30 માર્ચથી થશે શરૂ
• 30 માર્ચથી 11 એપ્રિલ સુધી વાલીઓ ભરી શકશે ફોર્મ
• 26 એપ્રિલે પ્રથમ રાઉન્ડ કરશે જાહેર.

◼️   Guardian Income Standard under RTE (Right to Education) વાલીની આવકનું ધોરણ :

Admission will be given to those who have less than Rs.1.20 lakh in rural areas and Rs.1.50 lakh per annum for parents of students of any category in urban areas.

Documents required for RTE (Right to education) Gujarat Admission-2022 Application /અરજી માટે જરૂરી ડોક્યુમેન્ટ:

ક્રમ		માન્ય આધાર-પુરાવાની વિગત
1	રહેઠાણ નો પુરાવો	આધારકાર્ડ / પાસપોર્ટ / વીજળી બિલ / પાણી બિલ /ચૂંટણી કાર્ડ / રેશન કાર્ડ/ જો ઉપર મુજબનાં આધાર પૈકી કોઈ એક આધાર હોય તો, રજીસ્ટર્ડ ભાડા કરારની જરૂર રહેતી નથી. જો ઉપર મુજબનાં આધાર પૈકી એક પણ આધાર ન હોય તેવા સંજોગોમાં રજીસ્ટર્ડ ભાડા કરાર - ગુજરાત સ્ટેમ્પ એક્ટ ૧૯૫૮ મુજબ નોંધાયેલ ભાડાકરાર તથા સબંધિત પોલીસ સ્ટેશનમાં જમા કરાવ્યાના આધાર સાથેનો માન્‍ય ગણવામાં આવશે. (નોટોરાઈઝ્ડ ભાડા કરાર માન્ય ગણાશે નહીં)
2	વાલીનું જાતીનું પ્રમાણપત્ર	મામલતદારશ્રી અથવા સમાજ કલ્યાણ અધિકારી, તાલુકા વિકાસ અધિકારી અથવા સક્ષમ સત્તાધિકારીનું પ્રમાણપત્ર
3	જન્મનું પ્રમાણપત્ર	ગ્રામ પંચાયત/નગર પાલિકા , મહાનગર પાલિકા, જન્મ/હોસ્પિટલ નોંધણી પ્રમાણપત્ર / આંગણવાડી , બાલવાડી નોંધણી પ્રમાણપત્ર /માતા-પિતા કે વાલીનું નોટોરાઈઝડ સોગંદનામું
4	ફોટોગ્રાફ	પાસપોર્ટ સાઈઝ કલર ફોટોગ્રાફ
5	વાલીની આવકનું પ્રમાણપત્ર	જુનો આવકનો દાખલો હોય તો મામલતદારશ્રી , તાલુકા વિકાસ અધીકારી અથવા સક્ષમ સત્તાધીકારીનું પ્રમાણપત્ર માન્ય રહેશે. નવો આવકનો દાખલો માત્ર જનસેવા કેન્દ્ર નો જ માન્ય ગણાશે. (તા. ૦૧/૦૪/૨૦૧૯ પછીનો) ગ્રામ્ય કક્ષાએ ઈ ગ્રામ પંચાયતનો તલાટી દ્વારા આપવામાં આવેલ તાજેતરનો (તા. ૦૧/૦૪/૨૦૨૧ પછીનો) આવકનો દાખલો જ માન્‍ય ગણવામાં આવશે.
6	બીપીએલ	૦ થી ૨૦ આંક સુધીની BPL કેટેગરીમાં આવતા વાલીએ ગ્રામ્ય વિસ્તાર માટે તાલુકા વિકાસ અધિકારી અથવા નિયામકશ્રી, જિલ્લા ગ્રામ વિકાસ એજન્સીનો દાખલો રજુ કરવાનો રહેશે જ્યારે શહેર વિસ્તાર માટે મહાનગરપાલિકાના કિસ્સામાં નાયબ મ્યુનિસિપલ કમિશ્નર અથવા મહાનગર પાલિકાએ અધિકૃત કરેલ સક્ષમ અધિકારીનો દાખલો, નગરપાલિકા વિસ્તારમાં નગર પાલિકાના ચીફ ઓફિસરનો દાખલો અને નોટીફાઈડ વિસ્તારમાં મુખ્ય કારોબારી અધિકારી અથવા વહીવટી અધિકારીનો દાખલો રજુ કરવાનો રહેશે. જે શહેરી વિસ્તારમાં 0 થી ૨૦ આંક (સ્કોર) ધરાવતા બી.પી.એલ કેટેગરીના લાભાર્થીઓની યાદી ન હોય તેવા વિસ્તારમાં બી.પી.એલ યાદીમાં સમાવેશ થયેલ લાભાર્થીએ જે-તે સક્ષમ અધિકારીનું બી.પી.એલ યાદી નંબર વાળું પ્રમાણપત્ર રજૂ કરવાનું રહેશે. BPL રેશનકાર્ડ BPL આધાર તરીકે માન્ય ગણાશે નહિ.
7	વિચરતી જાતિઓ અને વિમુકત જનજાતિઓ	મામલતદારશ્રી અથવા સમાજ કલ્યાણ અધિકારી, તાલુકા વિકાસ અધિકારી અથવા સક્ષમ સત્તાધિકારીનું પ્રમાણપત્ર
8	અનાથ બાળક	જે તે જીલ્લા ની ચાઈલ્ડ વેલ્ફેર કમિટી (CWC) નું પ્રમાણપત્ર
9	સંભાળ અને સંરક્ષણની જરૂરિયાતવાળું બાળક	જે તે જીલ્લા ની ચાઈલ્ડ વેલ્ફેર કમિટી (CWC) નું પ્રમાણપત્ર
10	બાલગૃહ ના બાળકો	જે તે જીલ્લા ની ચાઈલ્ડ વેલ્ફેર કમિટી (CWC) નું પ્રમાણપત્ર
11	બાળમજૂર / સ્થળાંતરીત મજુરના બાળકો	જે તે જીલ્લાના લેબર અને રોજગાર વિભાગનું શ્રમ અધિકારીનું પ્રમાણપત્ર
12	સેરેબ્રલી પાલ્સી વાળા બાળકો	સિવિલ સર્જન પ્રમાણપત્ર
13	ખાસ જરૂરિયાત વાળા બાળકો (દિવ્યાંગ)	સિવિલ સર્જન નું પ્રમાણપત્ર (લઘુતમ 40%)
14	(ART) એન્ટિ-રેટ્રોવાયરલ થેરેપીની સારવાર લેતા બાળકો	સિવિલ સર્જન પ્રમાણપત્ર
15	શહીદ થયેલ જવાનના બાળકો	સંબંધિત ખાતાના સક્ષમ અધિકારીનો દાખલો
16	સંતાનમાં એક માત્ર દીકરી હોય તે કેટેગરી માટે	ગ્રામ્ય વિસ્તાર માટે તલાટી કમ મંત્રીશ્રી, નગરપાલિકા વિસ્તાર માટે ચીફ ઓફિસર અને મહાનગરપાલિકા વિસ્તાર માટે સક્ષમ અધિકારીનો એક માત્ર (સિંગલ ગર્લ ચાઈલ્ડ) હોવાનો દાખલો
17	સરકારી આંગણવાડીમાં અભ્યાસ કરતાં બાળકો	સરકારી આંગણવાડીમાં ઓછામાં ઓછા 2 વર્ષ અભ્યાસ કરેલ હોય અને ICDS-CAS વેબપોર્ટલ પર જે વિદ્યાર્થીઓના નામ નોંધાયેલ હોય તેવા વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ જે તે આંગણવાડીમાં અભ્યાસ કરેલ છે તે મતલબનું સબંધિત આંગણવાડીનાં આંગણવાડી વર્કર અથવા સરકારશ્રી દ્વારા વખતોવખત નક્કી કરવામાં આવેલ સક્ષમ અધિકારીનો પ્રમાણિત કરેલ દાખલો રજુ કરવાનો રહેશે
18	બાળકનું આધારકાર્ડ	બાળકના આધારકાર્ડની નકલ
19	વાલીનું આધારકાર્ડ	વાલીના આધારકાર્ડની નકલ
20	બેંકની વિગતો	બાળક કે વાલીના બેંક ખાતાની પાસબુકની ઝેરોક્ષ

◼️   RTE(Right to education) Gujarat 2022 ની શાળાઓની યાદી તપાસવા માટે :

To check the list of schools you want to get admission in through RTE (Right to education) of Gujarat State, follow the simple steps given below

• First of all visit the Official website link given here.
• Click on the link and you will be taken to the official webpage of RTE Gujarat.
• Then you have to enter information like ... your district, ward, name etc.
• Now click on Search.
• A list of schools will appear on your screen.

◼️   What do parents need to keep in mind (વાલીઓએ ખાસ શું શું ધ્યાનમાં રાખવું જરૂરી છે )?

• Carefully read the details of the required documents for filling up the form shown on the homepage and the uploading documents while filling up the form before filling up the form so that your form is not canceled. And to accurately upload all original documents as requested. Forms will be rejected if duplicate, xerox copy and unreadable documents are uploaded.
• If the child has any one of the Aadhaar card / passport / electricity bill / water bill / election card / ration card as proof of residence, a registered rental agreement is not required. If in any of the above cases Aadhaar is not available then the registered lease agreement - the lease agreement registered as per Gujarat Stamp Act 1958 and the Aadhaar submitted to the concerned police station will be considered valid. (Notarized lease agreement will not be considered valid)
• Pay special attention to the schools which you want to select for admission, which are arranged in the order of your choice while filling the form.
•  Before submitting the form, submit the form only after carefully looking at the complete details. No correction can be made after submitting the form.
