   Public Holidays-2021 Gujarat Government has announced the list of public holidays for the year 2021 for government offices.
According to this list of public holidays, Gujarat Government

  A total of 22 compulsory and 44 compulsory leave have been declared. Public Holidays A total of 16 public holidays have been declared in the banks for the year 2021. As 5 holidays fall on Sundays, it is not included in public holidays.

 Also ..... The government has announced the list of public holidays for the year 2021 for government offices. The list released by the state government has 22 public holidays, while 44 are optional holidays. The list does not include public holidays as 5 holidays fall on Sundays, while 8 holidays fall on Sundays as it falls on voluntary holidays. Government employees will be able to enjoy any 2 (two) voluntary leave of their choice. And for that the employee has to apply in writing.

    The upcoming holidays on Sunday are Mahavir Jayanti, 15th August (Independence Day), Rakshabandhan and Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel's birth anniversary. As these four holidays fall on a Sunday, it is not included in the list of public holidays. Also, the public holidays of Gandhi Jayanti, Bhai Beej and Christmas coming on Saturday have been included in the list of 22 holidays.
