The temple of Kashtabhanjan Dev Hanumanji is located in Salangpur village of Barwala taluka of Botad district of Gujarat. Salangpur is only 82 km from Bhavnagar. Being remote, easily accessible by car or bus. The idol of Ishtadev Kashtabhanjan Hanumandada was installed in this wonderful temple by Gopalananda Swami, a follower of Lord Sri Swaminarayana.

⇛  Come... know the ancient history of Hanumanji's temple Sri Kastabhanjan Dev Salangpur (આવો... જાણીએ હનુમાનજીના મંદિર શ્રી કષ્ટભંજન દેવ સાળંગપુરનો પ્રાચીન ઈતિહાસ):
After Purna Purushottam Bhagwan Shri Swaminarayan Mahaprabhuji's final meditation, Anadi Mool Aksharamurti Yogivarya S.G. Shri Gopalananda Swami established this idol of Shri Kashtabhanjan-Hanumanji Maharaj in Salangpur village with Vedoka ceremony. This temple is very impressive and a center of religious faith.

The idol of Shri Hanumanji trembled with manifest power... At the time of Aarti, S.G. Shri Gopalananda Swami stood in front of the idol with a stick resting on his beard and made a vow to manifest Hanumanji Maharaj in this idol and through the sign of Shriji in samadhioga, he invited Hanumanji to always appear in this idol. . As soon as Guru Gopalnandji Swami's command was given, Shri Ramdoot Hanumanji immediately appeared in this idol, along with which this idol started shaking. After the call of Sarva Sukhdata Swamiji, sitting in the idol, Marutinandan started laughing.

Swamishri requested Hanumanji Maharaj to remove the suffering of every human being who came to his feet. Let's free all the victims from the loop of fist-chot-witch-shakan-malin-mantra-tantra-ghost-ghost-brahamrakshas-witch-ghost etc. and save them all. The idol was shaking till then... Devotees prayed to Swami that Swami! Next, the greatness of Shri Gopanathji Maharaj of Gadhapurpati and Shri Madanmohanji Maharaj of Dholera will decrease, so stop the shaking of the idol with manifest power. After that, the idol stopped trembling at the request of Swamiji. Even today, Hanuman Jidada makes happy by showering equal love on every victim who comes to his court.

⇛  Darshan of Shri Salangpur Hanuman Dada only removes negative energies (શ્રી સાળંગપુર હનુમાન દાદાના દર્શન માત્રથી દુર થાય છે નકારાત્મક શક્તિઓ) :
Famous for dispelling negative energies. Salangpur Hanuman Temple is most famous for warding off negative energies. Darshan of Sri Salangpur Hanuman Dada only removes negative energies. Here a person suffering from ghost-like afflictions is brought by his family members, according to devotees the moment such people come in front of Hanumanji's idol and look into his eyes, they are freed from evil forces. A special pooja is performed in this temple on Saturdays. However, here the problem of mentally disturbed people is also removed. These people are made to stand in front of the idol and are given a punitive touch. This penalty was used by Swami Gopalananda while installing the idol. According to the informants, the idol was purified by the touch of danda. This penalty is considered comical. Arrangements for accommodation and prasad are also made in the temple for the large number of devotees coming here.

Friends, whoever comes to Salangpur Hanuman Dada's darshan with full faith, all his sorrows will be solved and all his wishes will be fulfilled. That is why numerous devotees come here. It is said that even chanting the name of Lord Hanuman gets rid of suffering.
