The order was issued after a 14-hour voluntary public curfew on March 22, after which a series of rules were enforced in the COVID-19 affected regions of the country. The lockdown was carried out when the number of confirmed positive coronavirus cases in India was around 500. Observers said

The lockdown could reduce the rate of epidemic growth to double every 6 days by April. The government divided all the districts into three zones based on the spread of viruses like green, red and orange. According to which concessions have been applied. On May 17, the lockdown was extended to May 31 by the National Disaster Management Authority. It was later announced that the lockdown restrictions would be lifted, while the current lockdown would be extended to June 30 for content zones only. Services will be launched in phases from June 8. This is known as "Unlock 1.0". Modi later clarified that the lockdown phase in the country was over and it had begun to 'unlock'. The second phase of Unlock 2.0 was announced for the period from 1 to 31 July with more ease in the restrictions of Unlock 2.0. Unlock August was announced for August. Similarly, August September was announced for September and Unlock 5.0 for the month of October. Home Remedies Ginger, Ginger Features ...

Ginger has different names in different regions and languages, Vishwoshadh in Sanskrit, Ginger in English, Jahe in Indonesia, Ginger in Nepal and Luya in the Philippines.

Ginger is a plant found in the Indian subcontinent, the root of which is used as a spice in food. Most ginger is grown in India.

India accounts for 90% of the world's ginger production. Ginger is then grown in China, Indonesia, Nepal, Nigeria, Bangladesh, Japan, Thailand, the Philippines and Sri Lanka.
Ginger is always used at home to make food delicious and digestible. Thus it happens in all the states, but most of the production is done in the state of Kerala. Ginger is called ginger when it is in a wet state, and ginger when it is dry. Keeping it buried in wet soil keeps it fresh for a long time. Its roots are earthy and fragrant due to its light yellowness.

Ginger is considered to be a great herb in Ayurveda due to its many medicinal properties. It is hot, sharp, heavy, sweet in crop, appetizing, digestive, crunchy, palatable, free from tridosha i.e. talk, bile and expectorant.

According to scientists, the chemical composition of ginger is 80% water, while ginger contains 10%. Apart from that, starch is found in 53 per cent, protein at 12.4 per cent, fiber at 7.2 per cent, ash at 6.6 per cent, essential oils at 1.8 per cent and etherogenes in large quantities.

Ginger contains protein, nitrogen, amino acids, starch, glucose, sucrose, fructose, essential oils, aloe vera, gingivirin, raffinish, calcium, vitamins B and C, and proteolytic enzymes. Due to the proteolytic enzymes, ginger has been shown to be very beneficial in removing phlegm and digestion.

Ginger is widely used as a spice. But if its juice is drunk regularly, it can control many major diseases. It has anti-bacterial, anti-fungal and anti-inflammatory properties that help keep the body healthy.

➜  Ginger 10,000 times more effective than chemotherapy!

Regular use of ginger in your daily diet is essential to keep the body healthy and fit. Ginger is considered a world herb. In Sanskrit it is called Adark. Ginger does both the process of keeping the body fresh and green, i.e. the process of catabolism, and the anabolism of the process of keeping the cell full of juice fresh.

University of Georgia's Blessed Research for Cancer Patients .........

Use ginger sparingly in cooking. If you have cancer, consume ginger daily. Ginger's 'O-Shogaol' ingredient has ten thousand times more ability to fight cancer than the cancer drug 'Texol'.

What is special is that ginger only attacks cancer cells, not healthy cells. Ginger is 10,000 times more effective than chemotherapy.

It is a well-known fact that turmeric is very useful in fighting cancer. But this quality of ginger, like the cousin of turmeric, has only recently been researched. Research has shown that ginger can treat cancer more effectively than some traditional cancer drugs. Tests have shown that treating cancer with ginger is ten thousand times more effective than chemotherapy, and compared to chemotherapy, the advantage of ginger is that it only kills the cancerous cells and has no adverse effect on the body's useful cells. .

Research on rats by The Georgia State University in the United States found that ginger extract reduced the size of prostate tumors by as much as 58 percent. Experiments have also shown that ginger extract not only kills cancer cells, it also reduces inflammation. And immunity also increases.

According to a report published in the American Journal of Health, an ingredient called ૬-shogaol in ginger gives many times better results in the treatment of cancer than conventional chemotherapy. ૬-Shogaol is unique in that it only strikes at the root of cancer cells. These cells, known as mother cells, are responsible for many types of cancer, including breast cancer. From the mother cell many other cells are formed which gradually destroy the body.

All these cells are invincible, like immortality, only a medicine can prove to be effective on them.

This proves that cancer cells continue to regenerate on their own. It is constantly growing. Such cells develop resistance to conventional treatments such as chemotherapy. And as it continues to grow, it also has the potential to cause new tumors. The body can be said to be cancer free only when such cancer cells are also destroyed from this tumor.

According to scientists, new research has shown that this element in ginger called ૬-shogaol destroys such stem cells in cancer. Another thing to be happy about is that experiments have shown that when ginger is used in cooking and when it is dried, this very beneficial element called ૬-shogaol is found in it. This means that ginger should be taken regularly in the diet and cancer patients can use its dryness i.e. ginger freely. However, the usefulness of ginger in cancer is also due to a specific reason as ginger extract does not harm the healthy cells.

This is a tremendous advantage. Treatments like chemotherapy can also cause significant damage to the body's healthy and vital cells.

The University of Georgia study found that anti-cancer drugs such as Texol are not as effective as ginger. Even when a dose of Texol is given, an ingredient called ginger ૬-shogaol proves to be more effective. Scientists have noted that the effect of 8-shogaol is 10,000 times greater than that of Texol. This clearly means that ginger can prevent cancerous growths and maintain healthy cells.

The game of cricket has a well-known history extending from the 16th century to the present day, with international matches being played since 1844, although the official history of international Test cricket began in 1877. During this time, the game evolved from its origins in England and became a game that is being played professionally today in almost most Commonwealth nations.

When the Indian cricket team first won the T-20 World Cup in 2007, the first ICL was announced to increase the thrill of the Indian people for 20–20, but this ICL was a private cricket league and BCCI officials felt that Announced the IPL for having the opposite effect on cricket.

The first edition of the IPL was played in 2008.
Rajasthan Royals won this first edition.

The Indian Premier League (IPL) is India's professional Twenty20 cricket league represented by eight teams fighting between March or April and May each year.
The IPL was founded in 2008 and currently has eight teams in eight cities across India. The opening season of IPL was won by Rajasthan Royals. There have been twelve seasons of IPL tournament. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) played the 13th season of the Indian Premier League (IPL) in Dubai last season due to the Corona epidemic. In which Mumbai Indians became the champions for the 8th time under the leadership of Rohit Sharma.

In the IPL tournament, each team plays twice against each other team at home and away, in a double round-robin format. At the conclusion of the double round-robin league, based on overall points, the top four teams qualify for the playoffs. At this stage, the top two teams compete against each other (in the "Qualifier 1" title match), as do the other two teams (in the "Eliminator" title match). The winner of Qualifier 1 qualifies directly for the final match, while the losing team has a second chance to qualify for the final match by playing the winner of the eliminator match; The title of this match is Qualifier 2. The winner of the next qualifier 2 moves on to the final match. The team that wins the final match is crowned the Indian Premier League champions.
