Academic Lesson Planning: Annual/Monthly Academic Lesson Planning for STD 3 to 8 Primary Schools Year-2022-23

Academic Lesson Planning: Annual/Monthly Academic Lesson Planning for Class 3 to 8 Primary Schools Year-2022-23
Monthly Academic Lesson Planning

શૈક્ષણિક પાઠ આયોજન: ધોરણ 3 થી 8 પ્રાથમિક શાળાઓ માટે વાર્ષિક/માસિક શૈક્ષણિક પાઠ આયોજન વર્ષ-2022-23

⇛  Concept of Academic Lesson (Unit) Planning(શૈક્ષણિક પાઠ(એકમ) આયોજનની સંકલ્પના) :
30–40 minutes for the teacher to teach a lesson (unit) of his subject. Plans for hours. This type of lesson planning is less likely to achieve higher-order academic goals or mastery levels of abilities. It was realized as a result of experience. From this understanding came the idea of unit lesson planning. Holistic (Gestalt) psychologists affirmed the unitary plan of education. According to him, the form of any thing is due to the quality of wholeness in it. In fact, education is a continuous, integrated process. There are relationships between different topics within the same subject, between the subject with other subjects and between school and out-of-school experiences. A modern approach to education – a view that considers learning as a whole experience, and advocates a whole approach to education.
A viable alternative to daily hourly lesson planning is lesson (unit) planning. It is essential that the content presented to the students in the classroom should be developed in an orderly and systematic manner. A sequenced educational presentation of content across different units of content and units is the core of classroom teaching. In short, annual/monthly academic lesson (unit) planning is essential for every class. "A classroom without lesson(unit) planning is like a boat without a sailor."

Tas (class) lesson planning enables the teaching of small units – issues, which remain unitary planning. It threatens the homogeneity of subject matter - units and can only provide limited educational experiences. Education does not become intensive, only limited achievement of objectives - abilities becomes possible. Thus, Taas lesson planning has several limitations. Unit lesson planning is a solid option to break free from these limitations. It is possible to combine the same subject as well as the related issues of the subjects, and the entire education can be given, the education can be intensified.

Generally, planning of four to six hours, covering an entire chapter or series of topics is called unit lesson planning. A subdivision of content is a unit. In fact many things in sociology are related to each other. Integrating all these things forms a unit of learning. Being a self-contained and self-explanatory component of learning, this unit has the capacity to provide ample educational experiences. The unit has the potential for students to achieve proficiency in various abilities. Through unit lesson planning, teachers can bring about behavior-change in the desired abilities in students.
  • A unit is a series of possible learning experiences woven around any one major educational issue or problem.
  • The motto of the unit is, A series of experiences.
  • A unit is a combination of different educational experiences of the same level.
  • Unit planning is such an experience. In which as many issues, experiences or educational aspects as possible related to an educational topic are integrated and the curriculum is integrated into a unit so that the objectives of the whole curriculum, its competencies are achieved at the highest level.
  • Unit planning maintains the integrity of content or the sequencing of learning experiences.
  • Although academics have not agreed on the definition of a unit, a well-known concept of a unit is as follows:
  • A unit is a unified learning experience.
  • It is a compilation of similar experiences.
  • The unit is a plan of instruction based on a significant art of learning.

⇛   Main Steps of Unit (Lesson) Planning(એકમ(પાઠ) આયોજનના મુખ્ય સોપાનો) :
(1.)  Name of Unit (Lesson) : If the main unit or a subject is decided, the name of the entire unit is to be written here. E.g. 'Zabak Jyot' is the main unit, then its name is written. But if there are three or four devotional poems in the syllabus, the title can be written as "Study of devotional poems" by choosing it as the main subject.

(2.)  Ekam (Lesson) Units : Taswar sub-units are recorded according to the number of tasas into which the whole unit is divided. like...
  • Tas-1 : Zabakjoyot - Author introduction and reading
  • Tas-2 : Description, Events, Mood
  • Tas-3 : Characterization, authenticity of title, style of author
  • Tas-4 : Secondary Grammar
  • Tas-5 : "National Flag" Poem – Song – Bhavanirupan

(3.)  Educational Objectives of the Unit (Lesson) : General and specific objectives are noted taking into account the whole unit. Under each general purpose two to three specific purposes can be written in a sequential manner.
E.g.
General Objective Students understand meaning through listening.
special Objective
  • Students should listen carefully.
  • Students listen aloud.
  • Have students evaluate the speaker's ideas.

(4.)  Unit (lesson) content points : Taking into account the whole unit, the content is to be briefly noted according to the sections into which the points are divided. e.g.,
Tas 1 : Prologue - Poet Introduction - Recitation of Text - Understanding of Punctuation.

(5.)  Concepts of the Unit (Lesson) : Some of the basic concepts covered in the unit are to be explained in this step by presenting one or two examples.
E.g., Idiom, Sandhi, Alankar, Samas, etc. should introduce the concept of each and note down one or two examples depending on the lesson. The concept should be given considering the age, level, knowledge and experience limits of the students.

(6.)  Teaching methods of the unit (lesson): In this step, the methods and techniques to be used for the entire unit should be noted. E.g., lecture method, quiz method, singing technique, dramatization technique etc.

(7.)  Educational tools of the unit (lesson) : The educational materials and tools to be used are noted keeping in mind the details and objectives of the unit. E.g., poet introduction, chart, tape recorder, roll-up board etc.

(8.)  Learning activities of the unit (lesson): The activities that the students have to do throughout the unit, whether inside or outside the class, individually or collectively, are recorded.
e.g.,
  • Students will observe the poet introduction chart.
  • Students will listen to the poem being sung on a tape recorder.
  • Students will recite the verses presented on the roll up board.

(9.)  Unit (Lesson) Evaluation : An evaluation test is designed based on the entire unit, and a test is taken at the end of all lessons. As in lesson planning assessment is done in the last five minutes of the lesson, unit planning is not done every lesson during teaching, but teaching of the entire unit is assessed at the end of the lesson by a test prepared based on the blueprint.

(10.)  Swadhyaya of Unit (Lesson) : Swadhyaya work is given in respect of sub unit in each Tas. At the end of each hour, the done Swadhyay will be given, it has to be noted.
 E.g., tas -
  • Read the entire lesson carefully.
  • Write a characterization of Deepak's character.

(11.)  Unit (Lesson) Reference Literature : Any other books, magazines, newspapers or dictionaries used by the teacher in preparing the entire unit, apart from the textbook, are noted here. If a person or place has been visited, it is also noted.

શાળા પ્રવેશોત્સવ 2022: શાળા પ્રવેશોત્સવ અને કન્યા કેળવણી મહોત્સવ-2022/23

Shala Praveshotsav  and Girls' Education Festival-2022:
The program is scheduled for June 23, 24, and 25, 2022, for rural and urban areas.

The Government of Gujarat implemented a program called Shala Praveshotsav from the year 1998-99. The program was initially implemented in Banaskantha, Panchmahal and Dang districts. Today, every school in the state celebrates the first standard entrance ceremony at the beginning of the new academic year. The main objective of the school entrance ceremony and Kanya Kelavani Mahotsav is to get 100% enrollment in every city-village. In which efforts are made to enroll 100% eligible children of the village. Every child admitted on this day is encouraged by the guests by giving an educational kit as a gift. He is welcomed in Kumkum Tilak Kari School.

The school entrance ceremony and girls' education created awareness among the parents about education. The main basis of any country's progress is its good education. In Indian culture, if there is a priceless gem that matures in the oyster of education, it is a woman. But only a jeweler can judge a diamond! The orthodox class of the society believes that 'woman's intellect is like water' but how do these orthodox lunatics know that there was no man but a strange woman who shone golden rays on the throne of Delhi for sixteen years. Just as iron is turned into gold by the touch of a philosopher's stone, so is the touch of a philosopher's stone in the form of education.

Swami Dayanand has written that if a man is educated and cultured then Natra alone is useful, but if a woman is educated, sensible and fit she strengthens the whole family.

Women's education is necessary to overcome the existing social evils, to be free from superstitions and superstitions. If women were educated in today's age, 33% reservation would not be required. Society will become a society in the true sense. In today's age, if a woman is educated, there will be no need for literacy campaign, because children will get early education from their mother. There is not a single area of the world where women have not stepped on the ladder of achievement that would have embarrassed men, thanks to today's education. Because of the skill of education, from today's society, sale of girls, child marriage, alas! The vices of wood caterpillars have come to an end. In a patriarchal society, woman is no longer a toy of man. Who can dance or play as he wants to dance in the four walls of the house? Because woman has now become a male counterpart. An educated woman has fallen on the ground to expose the deeds of today's society and the conservative class and her achievement is a bouquet of education.

Thus, in today's age, women's education is of great importance. If women are given higher education we can have more sensible daughters, more loving wives and more civilized mothers and they are the ones who can create better citizens in which there is no room for doubt.

That's all there is to say in the end - every mother and father must pull the chariot of girls' education. Daughters have to be taught. Society has to worry about that. If the daughter studies, the house of her parents and the house of her in-laws will be swept away.

As part of the Girls' Education and School Admission Program launched by the Government of Gujarat in the year 2022 this year, this date: 23, 24 and 25th June 2022. Here are all the configurations and files of all the formulas in this program. We hope these files will be useful to us and the school. The school's ability to prepare minute-to-minute information of the program, file lectures of children's speeches and profile is available in all Gujarati languages. You will find it easy to download.

In accordance with Article 45 of the guiding principles of the Constitution of our Independent India, we were to make such efforts to ensure that all children in the age group of 6 to 14 years get free and compulsory primary education. The new Education Policy of 1986 and the subsequent ambitious schemes like District Primary Education Program (DPEP) helped accelerate our efforts. Following the success of various schemes, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan Mission has been implemented across the country since 2001. Earlier schemes were limited to a limited number of areas while implementation of Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan could be done faster and more efficiently as it was done nationwide and universally. During the implementation of these schemes and programs, it was felt that if primary education was considered as a fundamental right of children, the state government could make all government institutions at school and community level as well as civil society establishments more active for universalization of primary education.

The Right to Free and Compulsory Education Act 2009 was enacted by the Parliament to ensure a collective effort for the primary education of the child and also to ensure accountability at that level. This law is known as RTE (Right to Education) 2009 or “Right to Education”. Some important provisions have been made for primary education under the Right to Education Act. Based on these provisions, the state government has passed some important resolutions. No one can say in court to acquit himself after committing a crime that I did not know the law that stealing or murder is a punishable offense, even if he says so the court will not accept it because he is over 18 years of age. The citizen has to study the Constitution of India on his own or assume that he knows. Just as it is the sole duty of a person above 18 years of age to know the Constitution of India as well as the law, laws, our rights and duties as a citizen of India, so it is the sole duty of a teacher to know RTE 2009 and the changes made in education under it.
Some important provisions have been made for primary education under the Right to Education Act. Based on these provisions the state government has to work out some important resolutions. Let's take a look at these resolutions.
  • No child enrolled in the school shall be barred or expelled at any standard till the completion of elementary education.
  • Admission of out-of-school children. Benefit from any scheme run by Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan Mission for out of school children.
  • No child shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.
  • No teacher may engage in private tuition or private teaching activity.
  • No school or person will charge any kind of capitation fee while enrolling the child in the school and will not pass the examination or interview to the child or his / her parent for admission in the school.
  • During the academic year, for Std. 1 to 5, 200 working days and at least 800 hours of academic work per year should be done.
  • During the academic year, for Std. 6th to 8th, 220 working days and at least 1000 hours of academic work per year should be done.
Committee SMC is also formed at the school level for the purpose that the teacher can easily perform the guided goals / actions of RTE in the school as well as the school can be the property of the village.

Parents have to pay special attention for admission in Std. 1 for the next academic year 2021-22 in all primary schools of Gujarat state.
For the academic year of the year 2021-22, when the child who has completed 5 years is being admitted ... The latest sample of the child form which is to be filled in the child's standard: 1 is placed here. Which is to be placed in various formats. pdf, ward, excel etc ....

Here, the latest file created in Excel is a very useful file for every primary school in which after saving the data in the data input sheet, only the order will be prepared in the walliform, which can be printed and deleted in A4 size.

Gujarat State Education Department will change the age for admission in Std. 1 from now on. If the child is younger than 4 years, he will be given admission in Junior KG in the new semester, then when that child comes in the first standard, he will not get admission as he has not completed 6 years.

The government has raised the age of admission in Std 1 to 6 years from the academic year 2023-24 but parents have to be vigilant from now on. The state currently has a provision to give admission in standard 1 to students who have completed five years on June 1. The age rule for admission in standard 1 was changed by issuing a circular by the education department only after the commencement of the session this year. According to which, for admission in Std. The Department of Education has decided to implement this new rule from the academic year 2023-24 as many questions may arise if this new rule is implemented from the current year. For the previous three years i.e. 2020-21, 2021-22 and 2022-23 academic years, the age for admission in Std. 1 has been kept at 5 years only.

Even after this circular of the government, people are admitting children at an early age as they do not understand it. Parents will not be affected at present but the year will be worse when the child reaches first standard and has not reached 6 years of age. So a circular has been issued on Wednesday by the education department. In which it has been mentioned that the circular of the government has not been disseminated as much as it should have been. So that the parents have to try to get maximum understanding in this regard.

The rule of 6 years in standard 1 will be implemented from the year 2023-24. So that the children taking admission in Junior KG in the new academic year will have to be especially vigilant. Until now, when a child is 3 years old, he was given admission in Junior KG. However, that will no longer be possible. From the new academic year, the child will be admitted in Junior KG only if he is 4 years old. So when he comes to senior KG after one year, he will be 5 years old. Similarly, when he comes to the first standard in 2023-24, he will be 6 years old and will be considered eligible for admission.

In the new semester, on June 1, the child will be less than 4 years of age and will be given admission in Junior KG, but after two years, when he comes to Std. Therefore, parents who are in a hurry to send their child to school will have to face difficulties after two years and one year of the child will be wasted. So special care has to be taken while enrolling a child in school in the new year.

Latest Circular dated: 03/06/2020 issued by the State Government regarding the age limit for admission in Std.

In this regard, the admission process for the new academic session has started in the schools in the state. Many schools have been found to be admitting junior KGs even though the students are around 3 years of age. Thus, despite the schools being informed, there are complaints that they do not provide any information to the parents who come for admission. Schools are only focusing on the admission process. Two years later, when these children do not get admission in standard 1, they will lay the blame on the government.
