What is the happy news for the farmers of the state?
The Gujarat government has announced a smartphone assistance scheme for farmers in Gujarat. In which the government will provide assistance of Rs. 1500 to the farmers of Gujarat for the purchase of mobile smartphones. According to which farmers will be paid assistance up to a maximum of Rs. 1500 for purchase of smart phones. This is a plan of the Gujarat government to make the slogan of Digital India meaningful. However, only one lakh farmers will benefit from this scheme.

According to the details received, farmers will be entitled to pay 10% of the price of the phone or Rs 1,500 whichever is less. That is, if a farmer buys a smart phone worth Rs. But if you buy a smartphone worth more than Rs 15,000, you will get a maximum of Rs 1,500. The state government has provided Rs 15 crore for this scheme. According to him, out of the total 50 lakh farmer account holders registered in the state, only 1 lakh farmers will be able to avail the benefits of this scheme.

The number of farmers in Gujarat to avail the benefit of mobile phone scheme will also be decided district wise according to ProReta. In case of joint account, only one farmer account holder will be given the benefit of this assistance scheme. Farmers will have to apply online for this assistance on i-farmer portal. Only then will the applicant farmers have to print out the application and keep it with them. Farmers will be able to purchase smart phones within 15 days of the aid being approved. Then the original bill with the GST number of the mobile (confirmed), IMEI number of the mobile (IMEI NO.), Copy of 8-ani, canceled check and copy of Aadhar card will have to be submitted. Assistance amount will be directly deposited in the bank account of farmers by Gujarat State Seed Corporation. If the application is passed, the new smart phone will be available within 15 days.



The government's scheme will provide relief to farmers to buy Android smartphones. So farmers will be able to do some online operations themselves so that digitization will gain momentum. So farmers in the state will be able to use facilities like Bhim UPI, money transfer, electricity bill payment, DTH, Metro and mobile recharge, Paytm.

Gram Panchayat elections are held every five years, with some seats reserved for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and women. Panchayati Raj has three tier structure:
(1) Gram Panchayat,
(2) Taluka Panchayat, and
(2) District Panchayat.

❏   Gram Panchayat (ગ્રામ પંચાયત) :
Population under Gram Panchayat: 3000 to 5,000 and women: 50%, OBC. 10% SC / ST is reserved on the basis of population (as decided by the Collector).

Gram Panchayat is a village level administrative body, which is the village level of Panchayati Raj system of India. Meetings of Talati-cum-Minister, Gram Sevak, Sarpanch and other members of Gram Panchayat are held here. Works related to rural development are done from here.

❏   Panchayat body (structure) (માળખું):
The sarpanch is the head of the gram panchayat. From the Gram Panchayat elections, Sarpanch, Sub-Sarpanch and members are elected for the Gram Panchayat for five years. The Sarpanch and the members> will elect the Deputy Sarpanch from among the members. The term of Gram Panchayat is five years. General elections will be held every five years. If there is a vacancy for Sarpanch, Sub-Sarpanch, member, it will be filled by by-election. The gram panchayat also has a government employee - talati-cum-minister, who has to do the work of keeping accounts of the gram panchayat, collecting taxes, giving examples etc.

 In addition to the formation of the Social Justice Committee in the first meeting immediately after the formation of the Panchayat, the following various committees are formed.
  1. Executive Committee
  2. Social Justice Committee
  3. Water Committee
  4. Appeals Committee
  5. Educational Committee
  6. Sanitation Committee
  7. Gokulgam Samiti
  8. Construction Committee
  9. Health Committee
The following three committees are to be formed in the above.

❏   Social Justice Committee (સામાજીક ન્યાય સમિતિ):
This committee is mandatory.
The maximum number of members of this committee is 5 (five). In which one member is Valmiki.
The term of this committee is the same as that of the Panchayat.
The chairman of this committee is elected by the members.

❏   Water Committee (પાણી સમિતિ):
The chairman of this committee is Sarpanch.
The term of this committee is the same as that of the Panchayat.
The responsibility of the committee should be to provide clean water to the people of the village.

❏   Executive Committee (કારોબારી સમિતિ): 
It is not mandatory to form this committee in the Gram Panchayat. Number of members of this committee: - 5 (five) It has one SC, SC or female member.
The term of the Executive Committee is for 3 years.
A committee is chaired by a Sarpanch / Deputy Sarpanch.




❏   Functions of Gram Panchayat (ગ્રામ પંચાયતના કાર્યો):
The Gram Panchayat has full responsibility for resolving issues at the village level, administrative structure and development at the village level. Apart from this the benefits of various schemes are provided at the village level through the Gram Panchayat. Such as ....

Village samples 3 and 12 and 2-A are important documents of land.
What is a 5/12 extract copy and 2-A is very important for the farmer friends to understand

7/12 i.e. out of total 18 forms fixed for land record, form no. 2 and Form no. A sheet made by combining two sheets of 12M is called 7/12. Village Sample Form No. It also gives details of ownership area, all notes related to survey number, bank, co-operative society or any type of agriculture loan taken by the farmer, details of its burden, land or any kind of government waste, land pressure details. Along with this information, according to the village sample sheet-12, there is also a frequent need for information related to the cultivation of Sadarhu land, so the sheet prepared by combining the two forms is called the sample 7 and 12 of the village. Block / survey number is written in village sample 7 and 12 e.g. Out of 1280. (2) Including cultivable land which is reserved for public purpose, road, 3 gawat or any other person except the occupant of the lake or spring which is used for drinking water or for drinking of people. Shape (Rs.)_આકાર (રૂ.) :
Shape is the revenue of agricultural land. Which is called Vighoti in rural area. Thus, the amount of revenue / tax of a farmer's land is shown here. This amount of land revenue is taxed like local fund and education tax.

Judi & Specials (Rs.)_જુડી તથા વિષેશઘારો (રૂ.) : 
Apart from the revenue (size) of agricultural land, if any special type of tax or levy is levied on that land, the details are shown in the section of Judy and special houses.

Water Section (Rs.)પાણીભાગ (રૂ.) :
The amount of water that the government is entitled to is used by the land grabber, the amount that he decides for the use of water is known as "Panibhag" or "Piavo" and the amount is written here.

Details of Ganotia (ગણોતિયાની વિગતો): 
The person who owns the land is called Ganotia and if this Ganotia allows another person to cultivate it, it is called sub Ganotia. The names of the Ganotias are written in this section of 7/12 of the areas in which Ganotgharas are applicable.

Account Number (ખાતા નંબર) :
Here the account number of the farmer's land is stated. On the basis of which village sample No. 8-A can be extracted and 8-A is considered as index of farmer's land. So the account number is written here on the basis of which the land belongs to which account.

In this section, since the revenue record came into existence, the number of change notes which have been changed as per the rights of the land till the day of copying is shown and the details of title clearing of that land can be known only on the basis of those notes. So this section of 7/12 remains very important. And below this are the names of the occupants / owners of the current situation.

Details of other rights and burdens (બીજા હકો અને બોજાની વિગતો) :
If the farmer has borne the burden of the land, then his note number and details of where to bury it can be found here. In this section, if the details of well-bore, revenue or court case restraining order, water-gas or oil pipeline have been acquired in this section, then its details can also be seen here.

# - Rejected ( # - નામંજુર) :
In case of non-fulfillment of any important and necessary documents in the submitted papers of the right holder or the name of any interested person is missing, in case of non-execution of the notice under Section 135(d) of the Land Revenue Act, no one's interest is harmed. The sanctioning officer rejects such entry. The '' # '' sign next to that note number. Thus, the rejected note cannot be re-issued at the e-Ghara Center and for that an appeal case has to be filed in the office of the competent authority under Section 108 (5) of the Land Revenue Act.

' & ' - Conflict ( ' & ' - તકરારી) :
When an objection is raised by a co-stakeholder or other third party against a claim of the right holder, the disputed case is taken to the disputed register. And the order is made. Thus, a '' & '' sign is placed next to the number of such a note.

A Brief History of Land Records Before and Today (જમીન રેકર્ડ પહેલા અને આજે જોઇએ તેનો થોડો ઇતિહાસ):

The basis of his land before the farmer account holder - Village Sample no. He had to go to the Mamlatdar's office to get the transcripts of  no. 7 and 12, 8-A, 6-Hakk Patrak. The RoR @ Village project was launched in January 2006 under e-Gram for a very useful service by the government to solve this problem by which the land revenue records are available to the farmers in every village. Under RoR @ Village, the account holder can get an authorized copy of his land record in any village. Here you can find copies of Village Sample No. no. 7 and 12, 8-A, 6-Hakk Patrak. Initially this project was started in 2279 villages of 166 talukas, then today it is active in almost all the villages of Gujarat where there is a gram panchayat, at the e-gram centers. Another success story is that RoR @ Village also received the Microsoft Award for Outstanding Service. Through this project the account holder does not have to go to his taluka, and only go to his e-village center in the village, village sample no. no. 7 and 12, 8-A, 6-Hakk Patrak, Copies of Notes can be obtained. Thus, however, it was further digitized.




RoR @ Village was modified. From now on e-Gram, village sample no. Of any village of any taluka of any district. 7 and 12, 8-A, 6-Hakk Patrak, can delete notes. Then the software of village samples given from Mamlatdar's office was changed. And finally RoR @ Village was ranked as a public website. And RoR @ Village is now RoR @ Internet.

Mother Parvati is seated in this temple in Madurai, Tamil Nadu. The temple is beautifully carved. This temple is an ancient temple and it is believed that the sanctum sanctorum inside this temple was built 3500 years ago. This temple is dedicated to Lord Shivaji and Goddess Parvati. It is believed that worshiping in this temple brings a true partner and removes all the hardships of life. Meenakshi means one whose eyes are like a fish. Mother Meenakshi Shiva's wife is considered to be the sister of Lord Vishnu. This was the marriage Lord Shiva performed in the form of Meenakshi. It is believed that Lord Shiva came to Madurai with a lot of them in the form of Sundeshwar to marry Princess Meenakshi, the daughter of the Pandava king Maldhvaj. It is one of the richest temples. The interior of this temple is 3500 years old. Meenakshi temple is one of the richest temples in India. This temple is a pure example of old sculptures and objects. Construction took place in the 17th century. There is a temple of Sundareshwar (Shiva temple complex) in the vast forecourt and Meenakshi Devi temple on the right. The Shiva temple complex has an attractive idol of Lord Shiva in Nataraja mudra. This idol is located on a silver altar. Outside there are many sculptural figures, built on only one stone, as well as a temple of Ganesha. The smallest dome of the temple spread over 45 acres is 160 feet high. Apart from the main temple Sundareswar and Meenakshi temple, there are other temples. Where Lord Ganesha, Murugan, Lakshmi, Rukmini, Goddess Saraswati are worshiped.

Spread over 45 acres, the temple also has a lake called 'Port Marai Kumal' in Tamil. Which means a lake with golden lotuses. A lotus is made in this lake which is 165 feet long and 120 feet wide.
This lotus flower is formed in the middle of the lake. It is believed that this lake is the abode of Lord Shiva. Inside the temple, myths are written on the pillars and idols of Goddess Lakshmi are made on the eight pillars. Apart from that there is a very beautiful hall with 1000 pillars. Lions and elephants are also built on these pillars.

There are 4 main doors (gopurams) to go inside the temple, which are connected to each other. The temple has a total of 14 gopurams. The tallest 9-storey southern gopuram at 170 feet is the tallest. All these goparums have beautiful figures of different gods and goddesses. Every Friday, gold idols of Meenakshi Devi and Lord Sundareshwar are hung in a swing, which is attended by thousands of devotees. 

The temple has numerous other mandapams including Kambabatdi, Unjal and Kilikuttu mandapams, all of which are spectacular specimens of Dravidian art and architecture.

Time to visit Meenakshi Temple (મીનાક્ષી મંદિરે દર્શન કરવાનો સમય):
The temple has about 50 priests, who conduct the worship in six days as follows.

The Meenakshi Temple is open daily from 6 am to 10 pm. While it is closed between 12.30 pm and 4 pm, this is the reason why it is clear in Hindu scriptures that the abode of Lord Shiva should not be open in the afternoon.

  • 5 pm to 6 pm - Tiruvanandal Puja
  • 6.30 am to 7.15 pm - Visa Puja and Kalasanshi Puja.
  • 10.30 am to 11.15 am - Thraklasanshi Puja and Uchikal Puja.
  • 4.30 pm to 5.15 pm - Malai Puja
  • 7.30 am to 8.15 pm - Ardhjam Puja.
  • 9.30 am to 10 pm - Palliyarai Puja
It is best to visit the temple once in the morning and once in the evening (at night ceremony). The main entrance of the temple is on the east side.

Idol made of gold (સ્વર્ણ(સોના) થી બનેલ છે મૂર્તિ) :

In the sanctum sanctorum of the temple there are gold statues of Meenakshi Devi and Lord Sundareswara and these statues are hung in a swing every Friday. A special crowd is seen in this temple on Fridays. And thousands of devotees come to this temple.



Best time to visit Tamil Nadu (તામિલનાડું જવા માટેનો બેસ્ટ સમય) :

Monsoon (During monsoon you do not go to Tamil Nadu state as there is a lot of heavy rains in this state during this time. So there is a lot of trouble. The best time to visit Meenakshi temple is from September to May.


Meenakshi Temple Darshan (મીનાક્ષી મંદિર દર્શન)

Only Hindus can go to the holy temple inside to see the idols of Goddess Meenakshi and Lord Surendranasvara. If you do not want to wait three hours in the free line, you will have to pay an extra fee for a "special darshan" ticket. Special darshan tickets can be taken immediately for darshan. For Goddess Meenakshi, and for both the deities, 50 rupees costs you 100 rupees.


You can't take camera or mobile with you for the security of the temple (મંદિરની સુરક્ષાને લઇ કેમેરા કે મોબાઈલ આપ લઈ જઈ શકતા નથી).

Following the bomb blasts in Hyderabad, security at the temple has been beefed up in 2013. Cameras are no longer allowed inside the temple. Cell phones with cameras were allowed until the beginning of February 2018, but they are now banned along with plastic items. This unfortunately means that it is not possible to take photos in the temple complex.

How easy is it to walk (કઈ રીતે જવામાં સરળતા રહે) ?
The state of Tamil Nadu is easily accessible by road, rail and train. Will be the cheapest and easiest by rail.
