How to Download Ayushman Bharat Card Online :
- If you are card holder of Ayushman Bharat Yojana and want to download this card, for that you click on its official website https://pmjay.gov.in/.
- After this login by entering your email id and password.
- After this a new page will open in front of you. Enter Aadhaar number in it.
- After this you have to verify the thumb impression.
- Then click on 'Approved Beneficiary' option.
- You will see a list of Golden Cards approved Golden Cards.
- Check your name in this list and click on confirm print option.
- After this you will see CSC wallet, put the password in it.
- Enter your pin number in it and come to the home page.

What to do if Invalid OTP Please try again?
The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has recently launched the facility to download Ayushman Health Card. Due to which the service does not work properly while downloading the Ayushman Health Card. So if you also get an error like Invalid OTP Please try again, then you can try again on this website after a few days and download your health card.

આયુષ્માન ભારત કાર્ડ ઓનલાઈન કેવી રીતે ડાઉનલોડ કરવું? રીત(Method:1) :
- જો તમે આયુષ્માન ભારત યોજનાના કાર્ડ ધારક છો અને આ કાર્ડ ડાઉનલોડ કરવા માંગો છો, તો તેના માટે તમે તેની સત્તાવાર વેબસાઇટ https://pmjay.gov.in/ પર ક્લિક કરો.
- આ પછી તમારું ઈમેલ આઈડી અને પાસવર્ડ નાખીને લોગઈન કરો.
- આ પછી તમારી સામે એક નવું પેજ ખુલશે. તેમાં આધાર નંબર ભરો.
- આ પછી તમારે અંગૂઠાના છાપને વેરિફાય કરવાનું રહેશે.
- પછી 'મંજૂર લાભાર્થી'ના વિકલ્પ પર ક્લિક કરો.
- તમે ગોલ્ડન કાર્ડ્સના મંજૂર ગોલ્ડન કાર્ડ્સની સૂચિ જોશો.
- આ યાદીમાં તમારું નામ તપાસો અને કન્ફર્મ પ્રિન્ટ વિકલ્પ પર ક્લિક કરો.
- આ પછી તમને CSC વોલેટ દેખાશે, તેમાં પાસવર્ડ નાખો.
- તેમાં તમારો પિન નંબર દાખલ કરો અને હોમ પેજ પર આવો.
- આ પછી કાર્ડ ડાઉનલોડ કરવાનો વિકલ્પ (ડાઉનલોડ આયુષ્માન ભારત યોજના કાર્ડ) દેખાશે.
- આ પછી તમે આયુષ્માન કાર્ડ ડાઉનલોડ કરશો.
આયુષ્માન ભારત કાર્ડ ઓનલાઈન કેવી રીતે ડાઉનલોડ કરવું? રીત(Method:2) :
આયુષ્માન હેલ્થ કાર્ડ ડાઉનલોડ કરવા માટે આધાર સાથે મોબાઇલ નંબર લિંક હોવા જરૂરી છે અને આધારમાં લિંક માબોઇલ નંબર તમારી પાસે હોવા જોઇએ. એટલા માટે કારણ કે આયુષ્માન હેલ્થ કાર્ડને ડાઉનલોડ કરતી સમયે જે પણ મોબાઇલ નંબર આધાર સાથે લિંક કરેલ હશે, તેના પર એક ઓટીપી આવશે અને તે ઓટીપી પોર્ટલમાં નાંખવાનો રહેશે. ત્યાર પછી જ આયુષ્માન હેલ્થ કાર્ડ ડાઉનલોડ થશે.

Download Ayushman Card-1 - ત્યાર બાદ તમને આધાર કાર્ડનો ઓપ્શન જોવા મળશે, હવે તેના પર ક્લિક કરી તે સિલેક્ટ કરો.
- હવે Scheme ઓપ્શન જોવા મળશે તેના પર ક્લિક કરો. તેમાં PMJAY સિલેક્ટ કરો, તમારૂ રાજ્ય પસંદ કરો, તમારો આધાર કાર્ડ નંબર દાખલ કરવો. અને પછી જનરેટ ઓટીપી પર ક્લિક કરો.
Download Ayushman Card-2 - જનરેટ ઓટીપી પર ક્લિક કરતા જ ચિત્રમાં બતાવ્યા મુજબ પેજ ઓપન થશે, તમારા આધાર કાર્ડ સાથે રજીસ્ટર્ડ મોબાઇલ નંબર પર એક ઓટીપી આવશે. હવે આ ઓટીપી દાખલ કરો. ઓટીપી દાખલ કર્યા બાદ તમે વેરિફાઇ બટન પર ક્લિક કરો.
Download Ayushman Card-3 - વેરિફાઇ નંબર પર ક્લિક કરતા જ તમારૂ આયુષ્માન કાર્ડ ડિસ્પ્લે થશે. ત્યાંથી તમે ઇચ્છો તો તમારા આયુષ્માન કાર્ડને ડાઉનલોડ કરી શકો છો.
Download Ayushman Card-4 - ડાઉનલોડ કર્યા બાદ તેની પ્રિન્ટ આઉટ કરીને તમારી પાસે રાખી શકો છો. જ્યારે પણ તમારી તબીબી સારવારની જરૂરિયાત પડે ત્યાં આયુષ્માન કાર્ડની પ્રિન્ટ આઉટનો ઉપયોગ કરી શકો છો.

આયુષ્યમાન ભારત યોજના સાથે જોડાયેલ દેશની તમામ સરકારી અને હોસ્પિટલમાંથી આયુષ્યમાન ભારત યોજનાનો લાભ મળશે. આયુષ્માન ભારત યોજનામાં સરકારનું 8 હજાર હોસ્પિટલોનું જોડાણ પૂર્ણ થઇ ચૂક્યું છે અને 20 હજાર હોસ્પિટલોને જોડવાનું લક્ષ્ય છે. જેથી દેશનાં રાજ્યોમાં કોઇપણ ખુણામાં રહેતો ગરીબ પરિવાર પોતાનાં ઘરથી નજીક માંજ સ્વાસ્થ્ય સેવાઓનો લાભ પ્રાપ્ત કરી શકશે. ગુજરાતમાં 1700 થી વધુ સરકારી અને ખાનગી હોસ્પિટલોમાં આયુષ્યમાન ભારત અંતર્ગત સારવાર પૂરી પાડશે.
